Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, standard: $51 per sq ft, 2026 rate
- Booth space, premium: $54.50 per sq ft plus $300 per open corner, 2026 rate
- Exhibitor badges: $110 through August 18, $170 after, 2026
- Drayage, BCEC (Purple venue guide): $323.95 per cwt crated to the advance warehouse, 200 lb minimum, on another show's 2026 BCEC rate sheet
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early August 2027
- Early August 2027: Design sign-off, with every task-trainer station, screen, workstation footprint and flooring drawn to your booth number.
- August to mid-September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: counters, fabric graphics, mirrored-screen mounts and a lockable probe closet built and tested with your demo units.
- Mid-September 2027: Crates ship to the show contractor's advance warehouse; flooring, electrical, labor and lead-retrieval orders placed at discount rates.
- Days before the exhibit hall opens: Move-in at the BCEC; our project manager and vetted local labor install, lay flooring and run every demo station before your staff arrive.
- October 15–19, 2027: ANESTHESIOLOGY 2027 in Boston; we stay on call for every exhibit hour and the Engage & Connect reception if you host one.
- After the final exhibit day: Dismantle, demo units packed to your return plan, and the booth sent to storage or on to AORN or ACEP.

Checklist
- Reserve 2027 space through ASA's Exhibitors & Sponsors page and note whether it is standard or premium
- List every device you will demo, with weight, power and any manikin or phantom it needs
- Decide which stations need a mirrored screen for the second row
- Keep booth talks to product presentations; book Center Stage or a Hands-On Learning Lab for teaching
- File any dinner or reception through ASA's ancillary program before its request deadline
- Order booth flooring; ASA's 2026 hall had no carpet in booths
- Send approved claims, product images and practice-management screens to Purple
- Sign off the design by early August 2027 for a mid-September ship date
