Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, inline: $37 per sq ft, $150 per corner, 2027 rate
- Booth space, island or premium: $43.50 per sq ft, 2027 rate
- Business Suite: $41 per sq ft, contracted exhibitors only, 2027 rate
- Drayage: About $155 per cwt plus minimums, 2026 Tampa planning figure
Key dates
- Priority Point deadline: application plus 50% deposit: October 21, 2026
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late March 2027
- By October 21, 2026: Application and 50% deposit in to ASE for Priority Point booth placement; we size the footprint and budget with you first.
- Late March 2027: Design sign-off, after the March 12 balance payment, with the 8-foot back wall, scanning bay and screen positions drawn to ASE's rules.
- April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; EAC notice filed by April 16 and your company description and logo sent to ASE by April 29.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the Freeman advance warehouse; Freeman, electrical and carpet orders placed at the advance rates.
- Days before June 4, 2027: Move-in with our project manager; carpet down by 9 a.m. June 4 and the booth ready for ASE's 11 a.m. inspection.
- June 4–6, 2027: Echo Expo open; after the 2 p.m. close on June 6 we dismantle and send the booth to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Send your ASE application and 50% deposit by October 21, 2026 to use your Priority Points
- List every system, probe and software build you will scan with, and each product's FDA status
- Complete ASE's Live Scanning Compliance Certification Form from the Exhibitor Resource Center
- File the EAC notice naming Purple by April 16, 2027
- Send your company description and logo to ASE by April 29, 2027
- Log every giveaway or booth activity on ASE's Giveaway/Booth Activities form under the AdvaMed and PhRMA codes
- Sign up for ASE's registration and housing notice so staff rooms are booked the day housing opens
- Send logo, product imaging and approved claims to Purple for the screen wall
