Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Booth space, inline: $44 per sq ft ($8,800 for a 10×20), 2027 prospectus
- Booth space, island: $52 per sq ft, islands from 400 sq ft, 2027 prospectus
- Corner booth fee: $400 per booth, 2027 prospectus

Key dates
- Island layouts, EAC forms, insurance certificates and giveaway requests due to ASN: August 18, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early July 2027
- Early July 2027: Design sign-off; island drawing, EAC form, insurance certificates and giveaway request drafted, with the booth balance due to ASN July 9.
- By August 18, 2027: Island layout, EAC form, certificates of insurance, giveaway and in-booth presentation requests filed with ASN.
- Mid-August to late September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: counters, device plinths, fabric graphics and lighting built and test-assembled; mobile app descriptions to ASN by September 15.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the Freeman advance warehouse; Freeman electrical, flooring and material-handling orders placed.
- October 26–27, 2027: Installation 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. both days, run by our project manager with vetted local labor and finished by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday.
- October 28–31, 2027: Exhibits open 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. through Saturday; dismantle Saturday 2:30 to 8 p.m. and Sunday morning, then storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Book space at your January 2027 Priority Points appointment or on the March 2027 live floor plan
- Pay the booth balance by July 9, 2027, the last day to cancel at 50%
- List every device and instrument for the floor with weight, power needs and road-case size
- Flag products not sold in the U.S. so we can plan an international-only area
- Pick one educational giveaway worth $10 or less for the August 18 request
- Apply for Innovation Avenue by September 22, 2027 if you qualify as a newer exhibitor
- Send mobile app product descriptions to ASN by September 15, 2027
- Book staff rooms in ASN's exhibitor housing block to protect your Priority Points
