Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Included with 10×10 space: 8 ft back drape, 3 ft side rails, ID sign and 4 exhibitor badges, 2027 show
- LVCC EAC permit: $250 annual contractor fee, LVCC exhibitor kit revised May 2026
- Material handling: Billed per hundredweight with a 200 lb minimum per shipment, 2026 planning basis
- LVCC parking: $15 per space with in-and-out privileges, LVCC exhibitor kit revised May 2026
Key dates
- Housing deadline for show hotel rates through Connections Housing: February 17, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early January 2027
- Early January 2027: Design sign-off; sampling menu, bar equipment and any cooking appliances listed with power and size.
- January to mid-February 2027: Production, 30 to 45 days; counters, back bar, bottle shelving and graphics built and test-fit while we file the Booth Approval Form and LVCVA sampling form.
- February 17, 2027: Housing deadline: show hotel rates through Connections Housing end, so your booth team's rooms are booked by then.
- About 30 days before move-in: EAC paperwork and insurance in, booth plans to the LVCVA where required, freight to the GES advance warehouse.
- Days before March 23: Move-in on your GES target; our Las Vegas crew, all 21 or older, installs and tests every cooler and light.
- March 23–24, 2027: Expo Hall days, then dismantle after the 4 p.m. close on March 24 and the booth returns to our Las Vegas shop.

Checklist
- Book booth staff rooms through Connections Housing before show rates end February 17, 2027
- Send us your booth number and pavilion from your space contract
- List every pour and bite you will sample, sized to 3-ounce drinks and 2-ounce food portions
- Decide whether alcohol is poured by TAM-certified venue bartenders or under an approved exception
- List any cooking appliance with its cooking-surface size, fryer oil volume and power draw
- Note live music, a DJ or a guest appearance for the Booth Approval Form
- Prepare a show-special order sheet, since price signs and cash sales are not allowed on the floor
- Make sure every staffer is 21 or older and carries ID to badge pickup
