Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, inline: $42 per sq ft early bird, $45 standard, 2026 rate
- Booth space, island: $46 per sq ft early bird, $49 standard, 20×20 and up, 2026 rate
- Meeting Suites: $8,500 (10×10) to $17,000 (10×30), 2026 rate
- Drayage, Phoenix (Purple venue guide): About $140 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, Purple's 2026–27 planning figure for the Phoenix Convention Center
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-August 2027
- Early 2027: Space application with deposit; in 2026 CNS gave the early-bird rate to applications paid 50% by January 31.
- Mid-August 2027: Design sign-off; drawings marked with heights, the hanging sign and every FDA status sign location.
- Late August to September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: instrument counters, sign holders, screens and fabric graphics built and tested.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse; service kit orders, giveaway samples and raffle requests filed with CNS.
- Days before the hall opens: Move-in in Phoenix on your assigned day; our project manager and vetted local labor install and stage the demo sets.
- October 23–27, 2027: CNS 2027 runs; we start dismantle only after the hall closes on its final day, then ship to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Apply for CNS 2027 space with a 50% deposit as soon as applications open, to hold the early-bird rate
- List every implant set, instrument tray, navigation or robotics cart with weight and power needs
- Flag each product not FDA-cleared for the use shown, with its exact status wording
- Plan imaging demos on recorded scans, since X-ray units may be shown but not operated
- Send giveaway samples and any raffle rules to CNS before its September approval dates
- Decide on a Meeting Suite or an in-booth table for private conversations
- Sign off the booth design with Purple by mid-August 2027
- Book rooms through MCI so your team receives Opening Reception tickets
