Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Material handling: $2.10 per lb, crated or uncrated, 2026 T3 Expo rate
- Small packages: $79 per shipment up to 50 lb, 2026 rate
- Late advance freight: +30% per lb after the warehouse cutoff, 2026
- Group ticket savings: $300–$350 off per ticket for 5+ attendees, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early August 2027
- Early August 2027: Design sign-off, with every wall height, sign, screen and meeting table drawn to HLTH's build regulations for your booth type.
- August to September 2027: Production over 30 to 45 days: frames, fabric graphics, counters and lighting built and test-assembled before they ship.
- About five weeks before opening: Scaled booth plans, EAC contact form and certificates of insurance sent to HLTH show management, the timing HLTH set in 2026.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates go to the general contractor's advance warehouse; electrical, internet, rigging, A/V and lead retrieval orders placed at early rates.
- Days before October 17: Move-in; our Las Vegas crew and project manager build the booth, wire screens and walk it with you before the floor opens.
- October 17–20, 2027: HLTH USA 2027; after the floor closes we dismantle and send the booth to our Las Vegas shop or your next show.

Checklist
- Book your HLTH sponsorship early; HLTH ties better rates and inventory to earlier bookings
- Choose turnkey package or space-only build before the floor plan fills
- Count full-access tickets for every booth staffer; group rates start at five tickets
- Ask whether your space sits in the AI Zone, where 2026 islands rig nothing
- Buy Market Connect meetings in sets of five and plan the booth around them
- Sign off the design by early August 2027 so plans and insurance reach HLTH on time
- Book rooms only through Connections Housing, HLTH's approved housing vendor
- Send logo, screen content and product demos to Purple for graphics and AV
