[ ] Supply the assigned footprint and open-side plan for the Georgia World Congress Center.
[ ] Rank the featured dairy, deli, bakery or foodservice products.
[ ] List retail package dimensions and the number of facings needed.
[ ] Describe each tasting or preparation sequence from delivery to service.
[ ] Identify temperature-controlled storage and handling requirements for each product.
[ ] Provide refrigeration and preparation equipment dimensions and utility information.
[ ] Estimate peak sampling interactions and define where guests will wait.
[ ] Assign a location for replenishment stock and staff supplies.
[ ] Plan an accessible disposal and cleanup approach with the approved service team.
[ ] Specify how many buyer meetings must happen at the same time.
[ ] Review 2027 food-service and venue instructions with the responsible suppliers.
[ ] Create separate post-show plans for food, rented equipment and reusable exhibit components.
