Prepare the signal path and the visitor path.

[ ] Name the RF application and the one result visitors should understand.
[ ] Provide the San Antonio booth assignment, open sides and permitted build parameters.
[ ] List every instrument, device under test, controller and supporting computer.
[ ] Supply dimensions, weights, clearance guidance and required service access.
[ ] Draw the demonstration signal path and identify connections that must remain reachable.
[ ] Provide actual traces, interface screenshots and approved measurement labels.
[ ] Set the specialist position and visitor view for each operating bench.
[ ] Agree how small components and evaluation boards will be displayed or handled.
[ ] Define the demonstration reset, backup material and technical fault procedure.
[ ] Identify operating conditions requiring organizer or venue confirmation.
[ ] Assign instrument packing, setup verification and daily technical ownership.
[ ] Schedule booth staffing for May 25–27 and confirm separate installation access.
