[ ] Confirm whether the contracted space is at JCK or Luxury and note its first opening date.
[ ] Share the assigned booth plan, open sides, columns and neighboring booth orientation.
[ ] List every collection and rank the pieces that need the most prominent presentation.
[ ] Measure trays, busts, loose-stone holders and any existing display cases.
[ ] Describe staff-controlled access and merchandise storage needs without putting sensitive procedures in public materials.
[ ] Specify seated appointment capacity and the length of a typical buyer conversation.
[ ] Provide actual merchandise or representative samples for lighting and finish review.
[ ] Identify power needs for cases, task lights, screens and staff devices.
[ ] Map a clean path for retrieving product during an appointment.
[ ] Allow space for packaging, catalogs, cleaning materials and staff belongings.
[ ] Set milestones for artwork, product styling, installation and the first staff walkthrough.
[ ] Define which display components must be packed for reuse after Las Vegas.
