JCK buyers judge a booth from the case glass inward: how the stones read under light, where they sit to write the order, how fast the trays lock away. We design to the Venetian Expo's level-by-level height limits and Freeman's target move-in, and your Purple project manager runs the floor.

What makes JCK different, and how we build for it
JCK is the trade floor of Las Vegas jewelry week, run by RX at The Venetian Expo on nearly 430,000 square feet.In 2026 it drew 30,000+ industry professionals and 1,800+ exhibiting brands from 120 countries. The floor is sorted into neighborhoods such as Bridal, Design Collective, Plumb Club, US Lab Grown, Natural Diamonds, Clockwork and First Look, plus GEMS, the Lifestyle Pavilion and country pavilions from India, Hong Kong, Thailand and Italy. Luxury opens two days earlier upstairs. Because hanging signs are banned and every booth faces armored-car rules and a vault, a JCK booth wins on its cases, its light and how quickly it locks down.
Owners who walk a neighborhood with an open-to-buy and a list of gaps: bridal, lab-grown, a new designer. They want to sit, handle trays under true light and leave with terms, not a brochure.

Inside JCK 2027
Rules that shape your booth
JCK strictly prohibits hanging signs and banners, and grants no height variances before or during the show (2026 rules). We give islands their presence with a built tower or header inside the cubic content instead.
Level 2 Halls A to C allow 10 ft inline and 20 ft island, GEMS in Hall D 10 ft, the Gallery 12 ft and Level 1 Hall G 8 ft inline (2026 rules). We draw every booth to the limit of its assigned hall.
Every custom booth and graphic needs JCK approval from renderings with heights and EAC details (due April 3 in 2026); no prices may face out and custom builds are barred from the Design Collective. We prepare and file the package.
In 2026 every booth had to be assembled by 5 p.m. on the Wednesday, crates were cleared, and Thursday was reserved for armored-car pickups and setting product. We schedule install so your cases are lit and waiting.
The gutter behind each booth is for electrical only, show staff remove anything else at the exhibitor's cost, and jewelry cases stay in the booth or the vault (2026 rules). We build storage into the counters.
Programs worth planning for
JCK's newest area for accessories, home décor and gifts that sit alongside jewelry lines, on Level 2 near GEMS; it opened a day before the main floor in 2026 and is open to JCK and Luxury badges.
The loose-stone and colored-gem section in Hall D, home to AGTA GemFair Las Vegas, which opened a day ahead of JCK in 2026 with its own move-in and 10 ft booth limit.
JCK's education program with its own tracks and speaker directory, scheduled through the show days; sessions pull retailers off the floor at set hours, so we plan booth staffing around them.

Popular booth sizes at JCK
JCK sells inline space in long runs inside its neighborhoods, with peninsulas and islands for the larger houses; the Design Collective uses its own show-built booths and accepts no custom builds. For a manufacturer showing several lines we recommend a 10×20 or 10×30 run of lit cases, and a 20×20 or larger island for a house that needs private tables.

Four things we get right for JCK exhibitors
1Height without a hanging sign
JCK prohibits hanging signs and banners, so visibility has to come from structure inside the cubic content: a lit tower or header up to 20 ft on a Level 2 island, or a strong 10 ft back wall inline. Any part that rises above a neighbor must be finished and carry no branding.
2Light for the stone, not the aisle
Diamonds, colored gems and yellow gold each want a different color temperature. We mock up your cases in our shop with your real pieces, set fixtures for sparkle without glare on the glass, and keep the overhead light soft enough that a buyer's loupe sees the stone, not reflections.
3Plan the power around the showcases
JCK includes one 1,000-watt outlet per 100 sq ft, meant only for American Fixture showcases; anything else plugged in needs Venetian electrical labor. We count every case, screen and back-wall light against that drop and order the extra circuits before the 2027 discount date.
Built for the vault run
Trays go to the vault or a booth safe each night, and nothing may sit behind the booth or in the gutter space. We build drawers sized to your trays, a hidden safe position and a short staff route, so the cases empty in minutes at 6 p.m. and refill before the 9:30 opening.

Where you could be at JCK 2027
JCK spreads across two levels of The Venetian Expo, and each area has its own height limit. This is how the 2026 show used the building; 2027 placement comes with your contract.
Level 2, Halls A to C
The main JCK floor and its neighborhoods; 10 ft for inline and corner booths, 20 ft for peninsulas and islands under the 2026 cubic content rule.
Our advice This is the only area where an island can build tall, so it is where a lit tower replaces the banned hanging sign.
Level 2, Hall D: GEMS and Lifestyle
GEMS, with AGTA GemFair Las Vegas inside it, and the Lifestyle Pavilion opened a day before the main floor in 2026; GEMS booths were capped at 10 ft.
Our advice Loose-stone buyers work at the counter, so we put the budget into daylight-balanced viewing light and a velvet work surface rather than height.
Level 1, Hall G and ballrooms
Hall G carried an 8 ft limit for inline and corner booths in 2026, and the Hong Kong pavilion used the Casanova, Marco Polo and Galileo ballrooms.
Our advice Low ceilings mean the brand has to live at eye level: a backlit back wall, lit case fronts and clear neighborhood signage do the work.

05 The Venetian Expo · Las Vegas
Logistics for JCK 2027, handled
The Venetian Expo is a union building inside the resort: Freeman is JCK's official general contractor, and electrical, plumbing, internet, CCTV and cleaning come from the Venetian's own event services. Freight moves in on Freeman's target schedule by level; in 2026 that meant three target days, booths finished by 5 p.m. on the Wednesday, then a Product Only Day for armored-car pickups. Level 2 halls are reached by freight elevator, so we crate to fit. We file as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor with insurance naming the show and the resort, ship to the advance warehouse, and plan dismantle around the two-hour no-labor window after the close.

When is JCK 2027?
JCK 2027 runs Friday, June 4 to Monday, June 7, 2027 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. Luxury opens two days earlier, on June 2. The 2027 floor hours are not confirmed yet. During 2026 the show opened at 9:30 a.m. and closed at 6 p.m., with a 4 p.m. close on the last day.

Who organizes JCK?
RX, the events company behind Luxury and JCK's other jewelry events, runs JCK Las Vegas. Freeman is the official general contractor and runs the Exhibitor Service Center, while The Venetian supplies electrical, internet, CCTV, cleaning and catering.
How do I get a booth at JCK?
You start with the form on JCK's Exhibit page, and an RX sales representative follows up to place you in the right neighborhood or pavilion, such as Bridal, US Lab Grown, GEMS or a country pavilion. Once you have a contract, we take over the design, approvals and service orders.
How much does a booth at JCK cost?
JCK publishes no rate card, and RX sales prices each space after placement. For the build, case count and lighting drive the number more than square footage: a 10×20 rental with lit cases typically runs $7,500 to $15,000, and a custom 20×20 island $50,000 to $120,000, before Freeman and Venetian services.
Can we hang a sign over our booth at JCK?
Hanging signs and banners are strictly prohibited at JCK under the 2026 display rules, and no variances are granted. Island exhibitors get height instead from built structure up to the 20 ft limit in Halls A to C, which we design as a lit header or tower.
How tall can a JCK booth be?
JCK uses the cubic content rule. In 2026, Level 2 Halls A to C allowed 10 ft for inline and corner booths and 20 ft for peninsulas and islands, GEMS in Hall D allowed 10 ft, the Gallery 12 ft, and Level 1 Hall G 8 ft for inline booths.
When is move-in for JCK 2027?
The 2027 schedule is not confirmed yet. In 2026 Freeman ran three target days, every booth had to be finished by 5 p.m. on the Wednesday, and Thursday was a Product Only Day for armored-car pickups and setting the cases before the Friday opening.
How does jewelry security work at JCK?
Only Brinks, Malca-Amit and Ferrari may run armored cars to the show under Nevada licensing. Exhibitors can order booth guards, CCTV and in-booth safes, a vault opens during move-in, and jewelry cases may sit only inside the booth or the vault (2026 rules).
Can we tear down early at JCK?
Exhibits must stay open until the 4 p.m. close on the last day, and packing early brings fines. No labor is allowed on the floor for the next two hours so armored cars can collect product, so we start dismantle once that window ends (2026 rules).
Which hotels do JCK exhibitors use?
Connections Housing is JCK's official housing partner, with the main block at The Venetian Resort and an exhibitor block capped at five rooms per company. Treasure Island, Bellagio, Resorts World and Fontainebleau Las Vegas are also offered, and free shuttles run from the last three.
We ship from India or Hong Kong. Can Purple build our JCK booth?
We build in our shop, store at our Las Vegas hub and install with your Purple project manager on the floor, so your team flies in with only the merchandise. JCK publishes temporary-import guidance and names Phoenix International as its customs broker; we time freight to their schedule.
