JCK 2027 Jewelry exhibits in Las Vegas.

Purple Exhibits designs custom and rental exhibits for jewelry brands preparing for JCK 2027 in Las Vegas. Give each collection a clear setting, balance illuminated showcases with comfortable buyer meetings, and plan secure product handling from the outset. For exhibitors also joining Luxury, coordinate the booth brief with its earlier opening and appointment schedule.

JCK · THE EXHIBITOR’S VIEW

The showcase is both a display and a working surface. Its height, lighting, access and position affect the way a collection is presented. Start with the jewelry and the buyer’s view, then develop the materials and architecture that frame it.

Every finish has a job to do.

Purple can develop showcases, lighting positions, branded architecture and appointment furniture as one environment. Security arrangements, product handling and insurance requirements must be established with your team and the current event requirements before the display plan is finalized.

Our design and delivery approach ↗

AN EXHIBIT DIRECTION FOR JCK

A collection revealed in layers.

Create a polished arrival, a focused product view and a comfortable place to explore the range in more detail.

01

Make the brand visible

Choose one recognizable architectural gesture or material language. Let the collection remain the main attraction.

02

Light the detail

Test representative pieces under the proposed lighting, including the buyer’s viewing angle and reflections in the glazing.

03

Present the range

Provide a practical surface for trays, catalogues and notes without crowding the visible display.

04

Host the appointment

Set a meeting area where the team can work naturally, with planned product access and an agreed close-of-day procedure.

Jewelry & luxury · THE HUMAN DETAIL

An invitation to take a closer look.

A jewelry appointment is an exchange across a counter or table. Visitors need a clear view of the pieces and a comfortable place to ask questions; your team needs room to present them carefully. Map the handoff between display, presentation and storage before finalizing the furniture.

JCK FIELD NOTES

Give each collection the light and space it needs

A jewelry booth succeeds at close range. Buyers need to compare stones, inspect settings and understand how a collection belongs in their stores. Start the design brief with the merchandise: the dimensions of trays and busts, the number of pieces shown at once, how often the assortment changes and which collections deserve their own visual identity. Those choices guide case lengths, display heights, background colors and the relationship between showcase lighting and the light in the rest of the booth.

Build one clear route from the aisle to a product conversation. A recognizable brand wall helps a buyer locate you; an uncluttered case gives them a reason to pause. Within the appointment area, allow room for chairs, bags, presentation trays and a salesperson moving between storage and the table. Test the proposed lighting against actual merchandise before committing to production, and agree how cables, locks and everyday supplies will stay accessible to staff.

What this means for the build

JCK and Luxury have different opening schedules. Confirm the exact assigned location and installation access before coordinating case deliveries, product arrival and the team’s setup window at The Venetian.

PRODUCT PRESENTATION

Design around the way you sell jewelry.

01

Fine jewelry & finished collections

Use edited displays, tested light and comfortable viewing positions. Plan how additional pieces reach the appointment without overfilling the cases.

02

Loose stones & specialist products

Allow close inspection with the tools and work surface your team actually uses. Confirm lighting preferences with the product specialists.

03

Luxury appointments

Treat the more intimate setting as a distinct brief. Coordinate the branded environment with the space package and appointment pattern rather than assuming a standard open-floor booth.

JCK · THE PRODUCT UP CLOSE

Give Each Collection Room to Be Seen

Start with the pieces buyers should notice first. Vary display heights, use a restrained backdrop and test lighting against the actual metals and stones. Keep collection labels readable without crowding the jewelry. Then connect the showcase to a comfortable inspection area, with discreet storage close to the team. A considered display system helps visitors compare collections while keeping the presentation calm and coherent.

JCK FIELD NOTES

Plan JCK and Luxury as one coordinated jewelry week

JCK runs June 4–7, while Luxury begins June 2. For a brand participating in either setting, the first customer appointment is the real readiness deadline. Create a handoff plan that connects exhibit installation, merchandise arrival, display styling and staff orientation. Keep decisions about product custody and overnight storage with the people responsible for the collection, and make those requirements visible in the booth brief.

A reusable exhibit can still feel specific to the launch. Identify the structural pieces that should travel to future shows and the collection graphics, finishes or display inserts that may change. Then review the proposed space as a working sales environment: where a walk-in waits, where an appointment takes place and how a representative retrieves the next tray without crossing another conversation.

Where the budget changes

Custom showcases, glazing, finish samples, lighting tests, secure storage and meeting furniture can change the investment more than floor area alone. Separate reusable presentation fixtures from graphics and finishes specific to the 2027 collection.

LET THE EXPERIENCE CHOOSE THE FOOTPRINT

Illustrative layout directions, subject to your assigned space and the current show requirements.

FOCUSED

10 × 10: a focused collection counter

Explore a compact branded backwall, a restrained selection of showcases and one seated conversation position. Prioritize the collection and staff access; dimensions and furniture quantities must be checked against the assigned space.

CONNECTED

10 × 20: discovery and appointments

Use the longer frontage to separate first-look merchandise from a more settled buying conversation. Consider storage behind a branded return and test how representatives retrieve trays while guests remain seated.

IMMERSIVE

20 × 20: a jewelry showroom

Consider several outward-facing collection displays with a central or rear appointment zone. Review sightlines, controlled access and staff movement before deciding how open or enclosed the plan should be.

JCK · EXHIBITOR QUESTIONS

Before the showcases are built.

Discuss your requirements ↗
When and where are JCK and Luxury 2027?

JCK takes place June 4–7, 2027 at The Venetian Expo in Las Vegas. Luxury runs June 2–7 at The Venetian, with invitation-only days June 2–3. Build your installation, merchandise arrival and staff schedule around the opening that applies to your contracted space. Confirm the specific hall and access instructions in your exhibitor materials.

What should we send for a jewelry booth design brief?

Send your booth dimensions and open sides, the exhibitor manual, collection imagery, tray and showcase requirements, appointment targets and examples of your brand environment. Add the number of staff and buyers you expect at a table together. Details about handling, storage and access should come from your own merchandise and security teams.

How should lighting be planned for diamonds and colored stones?

Use actual product samples to evaluate proposed lighting, case interiors and backdrop finishes together. Glare, reflections and shadows can change what a buyer sees at the counter. Ask for a presentation review at both standing and seated eye levels, and coordinate electrical requirements with the final display layout and the services available in your contracted area.

Can the booth include private buying appointments?

Yes, a private or partially screened meeting area can be included in the design brief. Its size should follow the number of people, the presentation method and your desired level of separation. Review visibility, staff access, circulation and the applicable show requirements before committing to walls, doors or an enclosed room.

Is a rental or reusable custom exhibit better for JCK?

Compare the options against your jewelry-show calendar and the pieces you expect to retain. A rental structure may support a single launch, while owned display elements can make sense for a repeated presentation format. Review storage, refurbishment, shipping, lighting and showcase integration as part of the whole program rather than comparing the structure alone.

What should we arrange before showcases arrive at The Venetian?

Confirm case dimensions, packed weights, assembly access and the time needed to install and test the lighting. Coordinate the exhibit delivery separately from your merchandise-handling arrangements. Your team should establish product storage and security procedures with the current event requirements, particularly if the contracted space opens on Luxury’s earlier schedule.
