[ ] Supply the Javits booth assignment, dimensions and open sides.
[ ] List finished devices, components and sample sets with consistent identifiers.
[ ] Mark which samples are handled, fixed in place or approved for public display.
[ ] Provide machine dimensions, packed weights and positioning requirements.
[ ] Map the complete live demonstration cycle, including loading and reset.
[ ] Identify utilities and equipment operating conditions for organizer review.
[ ] Select the details that need a camera, magnification or an enlarged diagram.
[ ] Allocate consumables, output samples and replacement parts to accessible storage.
[ ] Approve technical labels and remove confidential customer information.
[ ] Assign the engineer responsible for setup, demonstration checks and daily operation.
[ ] Confirm the current exhibitor manual and Javits move-in schedule before booking freight.
