Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth payment schedule: 30% due 12–9 months out, 60% by 9–6 months, 100% six months before the show
- Priority points: 1 point per year exhibited plus 1 per $3,500 spent at that year's event
- Expo Pass, onsite: $199 at the door, $49 for late online registration, 2026 prices
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: sector graphics, sample counter, demo cell layout and every power drop marked.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY: counter, back wall, guarding and fabric graphics built and test-assembled in 30 to 45 days.
- When the 2027 Exhibitor Portal opens its forms: We file the Booth Review Form and Freeman, electrical and internet orders, and help you enter the New Product Showcase.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates and demo equipment ship to Freeman's advance warehouse, with each weight logged for the material-handling estimate.
- Move-in days before opening: Our project manager and vetted local labor install, then power and run every demo cell before the doors open.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: The 2026 expo runs two days; after the 2027 close we dismantle and ship the booth to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Pick your booth size and three preferred floor locations with Informa's sales team
- Choose the sector your main buyer walks: Medical, Automation, Design & Manufacturing, Plastics or Packaging
- List each demo machine with weight, footprint, power draw and guarding needs
- Shortlist up to three products for the New Product Showcase, none of them prototypes
- Plan staffing within the ten badges issued per 10×10 booth
- Send your free Exhibitor Guest Invites code to customers before the show
- Book rooms through onPeak, the only hotel provider the show endorses
- Send Purple your logo, part files and sector list for the header
