Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Drayage, Purple venue guide: $323.95 per cwt crated to the advance warehouse, 200 lb minimum: a 2026 rate for another BCEC show, from Purple's BCEC venue guide
- Non-exhibiting supplier badge: $1,500 per badge, two badges at most, 2026 rule
- Priority points: 1 point per $3,500 spent on space and sponsorship, plus 1 for exhibiting
- Awards luncheon ticket: $75 for expo pass holders, 2026 price
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early March 2027
- Early March 2027: Design sign-off on the 10×20 layout: sample counter, demo station, meeting table and every graphic panel.
- March to mid-April 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: counter, back wall, lighting and fabric graphics built and test-assembled in 30 to 45 days.
- When the 2027 Exhibitor Portal opens its forms: We file the Booth Review Form, Freeman and electrical orders, and help you enter up to three products in the Innovation Showcase.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates and demo equipment ship to Freeman's advance warehouse with weights logged for the drayage line.
- Move-in days before May 11: Our project manager and vetted Boston labor install in Hall C, then power and test every demo station.
- May 11–12, 2027: Show days; after the hall closes on May 12 we dismantle, remove every element and ship the booth to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Pick Basic, Professional or Premium and a 10×20 with your Informa account manager
- Rank your top three Hall C locations on the 2027 floor plan
- Choose the parts engineers may handle and the ones that stay under glass
- List each demo machine with its weight, footprint and power draw
- Shortlist up to three products launched in the past 12 months for the Innovation Showcase
- Book Hosted Buyer appointments if your package includes them
- Reserve rooms through onPeak, the official housing bureau
- Send Purple your logo, data sheets and part files by early March 2027
