Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.

- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Booth space: From $65 per sq ft, 2026 price
- Non-exhibiting supplier badge: $499 per badge, two badges at most, 2026 rule
- Expo Pass at the door: $199 onsite, free with pre-registration, 2026
- Hotel overnight parking: $40 per night self-parking at the official hotel, 2026
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: About 10 weeks before move-in
- About 10 weeks before move-in: Design sign-off: prototype-to-production counter, demo bench and every graphic panel approved.
- 8 to 4 weeks before move-in: Production in Fishkill, NY: counter, back wall, lighting and graphics built and test-assembled within 30 to 45 days.
- When the 2027 Exhibitor Portal opens its forms: We file contractor and electrical orders and help you prepare up to three Innovation Showcase entries.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates, sample cases and demo hardware leave for the advance warehouse with weights recorded.
- Move-in days before opening: Our project manager and vetted local labor build the booth and test each demo station.
- Show days, 2027 dates not confirmed yet: The 2026 show runs two days; after the 2027 close we dismantle and route the booth to storage or your next show.
