Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $41.50 per net sq ft plus $300 per inline corner, 2026 rate
- Island premium: $2,000 per island booth, 2026 rate
- Extra exhibitor badges: $575 each beyond three per 10×10, 2026 rate
- Drayage: $323.95 per cwt crated to the advance warehouse, Purple's 2026 BCEC planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early July 2027
- Spring 2027: Space contract in hand; we sketch the inline or island layout around your booth number and product list.
- Early July 2027: Design sign-off; island renderings and hanging-sign drawings ready for the NASS Exhibit Manager.
- July to mid-August 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: implant plinths, sawbones stations, FDA status signs and fabric graphics built and tested.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse; EAC form, insurance certificate, electrical and rigging orders filed.
- Days before September 22: Move-in at the BCEC; our project manager and vetted local labor install and stage the demo models.
- September 22–25, 2027: NASS 2027 runs; after the Technical Exhibition closes we dismantle and ship to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Apply for NASS 2027 space as soon as sales open; Priority Points set booth-selection order
- Choose inline or island, since NASS sells no peninsulas or end-caps
- List every implant set, instrument tray and navigation cart with weights and power
- Flag any product not FDA-cleared for the use shown, for its 18-point status sign
- Book Surgical Innovation Lab time for any tissue demonstration
- Replace branded giveaways with technique guides, anatomical models or samples
- Sign off the booth design with Purple by early July 2027
- Book rooms through NASS's official housing block once it opens
