Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, early rate: $17.95 per sq ft for orders by March 6, 2026 (2026 rate)
- Booth space, standard rate: $19.95 per sq ft after March 6, 2026 (2026 rate)
- Footprint discount: 5% from 400 sq ft, 10% from 600, 15% from 900 (2026)
- Drayage: About $155 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 Morial planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early April 2027
- Early April 2027: Design sign-off: treatment tables, brace walls, device power map and graphics locked for production.
- April to mid-May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: tables, fitting counters, fabric graphics and lighting built and test-assembled with your demo devices.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates and product cases ship to the official contractor's advance warehouse; electrical, carpet and material handling orders placed.
- Days before the AT Expo opens: Move-in at the Morial; our project manager and vetted local labor install, power every device and run a taping-table check.
- June 21–24, 2027: NATA 2027 Clinical Symposia & AT Expo; we stay on call through every expo hour.
- After the AT Expo closes: Dismantle, demo units packed to your return plan, and the booth shipped to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Submit the NATA 2027 exhibitor and sponsor interest form on convention.nata.org
- Tally your priority points, including one per $5,000 of sponsorship spend
- List every device you will run, with plug load, weight and footprint
- Decide how many taping or fitting tables you need for unopposed hours
- Plan tape, wrap and brace stock for live demos, shipped with the booth crates
- Request NATA's written approval for any booth photo or video shoot
- Sign off the design by early April 2027
- Send logo, product photos and sport-by-sport sell sheets to Purple
