For the AT Expo a 10×20 rental with your graphics and a taping table runs $7,500 to $15,000, and a custom 20×20 island $50,000 to $120,000. Powered rehab devices, padded treatment tables and product freight move the number most here. NATA bills floor space separately: $17.95 per square foot early and $19.95 standard in 2026.

NATA has opened a 2027 exhibitor and sponsor interest form on its convention site, and space goes out in priority-point order. In 2026 the lower $17.95 rate held for orders placed by March 6. Count on design sign-off by early April 2027 so production, freight and the contractor's discount orders all land in time for New Orleans.

With a rental you get the frame, fabric graphics, lights, a padded taping or fitting table and lockable storage, with freight, setup and teardown priced together on a fixed quote. Brace and supply brands often rent the shell and add a custom product wall they keep, and the rented parts simply come back to our warehouse after June 24.

Louisiana law lets people on your own payroll put the booth together without union help. Drayage, electrical and rigging still belong to the official contractor's union trades, and the Morial keeps no carts, dollies or pallet jacks for exhibitors. We bring tools, map the dock-to-booth route for your hall and work beside any staff who want to pitch in.

Only with NATA's approval. The 2026 policies required exhibitors to get prior written approval from the organizer for any photographing, videotaping or audio-taping on the AT Expo. We send that request with your shot list before the show, and schedule the booth shoot right after install when the floor is quiet.

We plan on about $155 per hundredweight at the Morial, 200-pound minimum, for the 2026 and 2027 seasons; the official contractor invoices it to you at the rate in its kit. Cartons of tape and braces get heavy quickly, so we pack product into the booth crates where we can and show drayage as a separate figure on the proposal.

NATA assigns the 2027 hall closer to the show. The Morial lines Halls A to J along the river, and dock-to-booth distance changes a lot between them. When NATA was last here in 2024, its NATA Connect registration hub sat in Hall G. We plan freight and labor for your hall once the floor plan posts.

Our tables and walls are built to be rearranged, so one NATA booth can travel on to AAOS, Medtrade or AOTA INSPIRE with fresh graphics, then return for NATA 2028 in Las Vegas. Between events it sits in our storage, the tables get refitted for the next product mix, and we ship it to the next show's advance warehouse.

We read NATA's exhibitor kit once it is issued and file electrical, carpet, material handling and any rigging orders before the discount dates, along with the exhibitor-appointed contractor notice and certificate of insurance. You get one list of what was ordered and what it costs, so nothing on the Morial floor arrives as a surprise invoice.

The 78th NATA Clinical Symposia & AT Expo runs Monday, June 21 to Thursday, June 24, 2027, in New Orleans. The 2027 AT Expo days are not confirmed yet; it ran June 26–27 in New Orleans in 2024 and June 30 to July 1 in Philadelphia in 2026, both 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

At the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, 900 Convention Center Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70130. NATA last met there in 2024. The nearest major airport is Louis Armstrong New Orleans International (MSY), and the center lists daily parking at $23 per vehicle in Lots F and G, paid through ParkMobile.

NATA pitched its 2026 Philadelphia AT Expo to exhibitors with 4,000+ athletic trainers plus program directors, athletic directors and educators, and 250+ exhibiting companies. The 2025 Orlando expo had more than 245 exhibitors, and the 2024 New Orleans expo more than 270, the largest since the convention returned in person.

No. It is a professional convention, and under the 2026 policies a guest had to be accompanied by a registered attendee and sign NATA's liability release. Adult guests could walk the AT Expo free, children aged 1 to 15 were kept off the floor, and anyone younger than 18 was barred from it during setup or teardown.

The National Athletic Trainers' Association starts 2027 AT Expo sales with an exhibitor and sponsor interest form on convention.nata.org. Booth selection follows priority points, and each $5,000 of sponsorship spend adds one point for the next year. Sponsorships go through The YGS Group, NATA's sponsorship partner.
