Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Drayage, Purple venue guide figure: $145 per cwt crated, from a 2026 RES freight guide for this building
- Extra exhibitor badge: $400 each, 2026 rate
Key dates
- Booth, sponsorship and advertising fees due in full: January 15, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-March 2027
- By January 15, 2027: OMTEC booth fees paid in full; the RES services manual opens and we build your order list from it.
- Mid-March 2027: Design sign-off, with every wall height, sightline and sample counter drawn to OMTEC's rules.
- By March 31, 2027: 20×20 rendering submitted to OMTEC show management for display approval.
- April to mid-May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: part counters, lit sample shelves, fabric graphics and crates built in 30 to 45 days.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the RES advance warehouse; electrical, lead retrieval and furniture orders placed.
- June 8–10, 2027: Move-in in the days before the Welcome Reception, three show days, then dismantle once the hall closes on Thursday.

Checklist
- Pick your 10×20 on the 2027 floor plan once first-come selection opens October 26, 2026
- Submit an In-Booth Presentation abstract between December 1, 2026 and February 9, 2027
- Pay OMTEC booth, sponsorship and advertising fees by January 15, 2027
- Choose the parts, trays and printed samples to show, with weights for any running machine
- Sign off the design by mid-March; 20×20 renderings go to OMTEC by March 31, 2027
- Book rooms through OMTEC's hotel page only; the show uses no housing company
- Order ATS LeadsPlus II licenses for each staffer scanning OEM badges
- Book your outbound carrier for the final-day marshaling yard check-in
