Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $34.25 per sq ft non-member, drayage included, 2027 rate
- PMMI member space: $26.75 per sq ft for General Members of 7+ years; $32.25 for 1–6 years, 2027
- Space payments: 25% deposit, 50% by March 15, 2027, balance by May 17, 2027
- Sales Accelerator lead upgrade: $250 to $1,350 pre-show across five tiers, 2027
Key dates
- 50% of booth space payment due to PMMI: March 15, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-July 2027
- March 15, 2027: Half of the booth price is due to PMMI; send us your booth number, hall and machine list so drawings start against a fixed footprint.
- May 2027: The Exhibitor Services Manual posts; we place PACK EXPO Services orders and plan your target move-in. The final 25% space payment is due May 17.
- Mid-July 2027: Design sign-off with machine envelopes, aisle setbacks and every height checked against your 12, 14 or 18-foot tier.
- Late July to August 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY over 30 to 45 days; plinths, guarding, towers and graphics test-fitted against your crate list.
- Your target move-in date: Freight checks in at the LVCC by 2 p.m.; our Las Vegas crew sets machines first, then builds walls and graphics around them.
- September 27–29, 2027: Show days from 9 a.m., closing at 5 p.m. and at 3 p.m. on the 29th; dismantle follows the close, and the booth goes to our Las Vegas shop for storage.

Checklist
- Send Purple your booth number, hall and square footage from your PMMI contract
- Pay 50% of the booth price by March 15, 2027 and the rest by May 17, 2027
- Decide whether a hanging sign is worth stepping up to 600 sq ft
- List each machine with crate size, weight, footprint, power and compressed-air needs
- Choose the product and pack format each machine runs across the three show days
- Approve the rendering with every height marked against your 12, 14 or 18-foot limit
- Book rooms through Expovision, the only authorized hotel vendor for PACK EXPO
- Invite customers early: attendee badges cost $30 through September 12, 2027, then $130
