PMMI stages PACK EXPO Las Vegas every other year, and its 2025 edition, 30 years after the show's debut, filled four halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center with a record 1,000,000 net square feet.The crowd is its own: PMMI reports that 74% of visitors attend no other PACK EXPO show, so many buyers meet your machine here or nowhere. The Food & Beverage Processing Zone, Healthcare Packaging Pavilion and Confectionery Pavilion sit in North Hall; the Digital Transformation Pavilion, debuting in 2027, joins the Logistics, PACKage Printing and Reusable Packaging pavilions in West Hall; the Containers and Materials Pavilion is placed in South Lower Hall. PACK EXPO Services runs freight and booth services across all four.

Inside PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027
Rules that shape your booth
Booths under 600 sq ft stop at 12 feet for all display material, logos and graphics included; 600 to 1,499 sq ft may reach 14 feet and 1,500 sq ft and over 18 feet. We mark every tower, header and machine top against your tier on the drawings.
Hanging signs are not permitted in booths under 600 sq ft; from 600 sq ft they count inside the 14- or 18-foot limit. When visibility matters, we price the move from a 20×20 to a 20×30 and design the sign and its rigging together.
All display material and machinery must sit at least 1 foot back from the aisles. We place plinths, guards, infeed tables and outfeed conveyors inside that line on the first drawing, so no machine is shifted on move-in day.
Drayage stays inside the space rate provided a shipment or truck checks in at the LVCC by 2 p.m. on its assigned target move-in date. We schedule carriers for the morning of your target and track every truck to the dock.
PMMI bars non-exhibitors from soliciting in aisles, public spaces or other companies' booths, and business belongs only inside a contracted exhibit space. We build the meeting table and spec counter into your own footprint so every sales conversation happens on your carpet.
Programs worth planning for
30-minute seminars on new technologies, materials and approaches in packaging and processing, held on the show floor; PMMI opens applications for speaking opportunities in April 2027.
Debuting in 2027 in West Hall, covering ERP and MES, industrial data and connectivity, asset reliability, cybersecurity and IT/OT infrastructure, connected workers, and packaging design and PLM. Exhibiting in a pavilion is subject to PMMI approval.

PMMI sells space by the square foot, and its height rules split the floor in three: under 600 sq ft, 12 feet and no hanging sign; 600 to 1,499 sq ft, 14 feet, hanging signs allowed; 1,500 sq ft and over, 18 feet. We recommend a 10×20 for one running machine and a 20×30 when a sign matters.

1Price the step to 600 sq ft
At PACK EXPO Las Vegas a 20×20 island tops out at 12 feet and cannot hang a sign, while a 20×30 reaches 14 feet with one. When buyers must find you across West or North Hall, we quote both footprints side by side so you see what the extra 200 sq ft and the sign really cost.
Hold every machine a foot back
PMMI keeps all display material and machinery at least 1 foot off the aisle here. We draw guarding, infeed tables and outfeed conveyors inside that line first, then turn the step that explains the machine, whether fill, seal, cap or code, toward the aisle so visitors watch it without stepping in.
Design for the hall you draw
North Hall, home to the Food & Beverage Processing Zone and Healthcare Packaging Pavilion, runs denser floor plans and tighter aisles than West Hall, which has the LVCC's best truck docks. We plan viewing rails, demo noise and crate routes to your hall, and keep stainless and wet-process demos readable from a narrow aisle.

Logistics for PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027, handled
PACK EXPO Las Vegas runs move-in, freight and booth services through PACK EXPO Services, its official contractor, inside a union building. PMMI includes drayage in the space rate provided your shipment or truck checks in at the LVCC by 2 p.m. on your assigned target move-in date, so we book carriers to arrive early and keep machinery trucks out of a late marshaling-yard line. At the LVCC, forklift work and hired labor sit with Teamsters Local 631, and we file as your Exhibitor Appointed Contractor so our Las Vegas crew is cleared to build. Complimentary shuttles run from official show hotels between 7 and 11 a.m., and the monorail stops at the campus.

PACK EXPO Las Vegas spreads across four LVCC halls and assigns its pavilions by hall, so your product category decides your neighbors, your dock and how far buyers walk to reach you.
Home for 2027 to the Food & Beverage Processing Zone, Healthcare Packaging Pavilion and Confectionery Pavilion; a 409,000 sq ft hall connected to Central Hall, with denser floor plans and tighter aisles.
Our advice: Processing lines run long, so we keep a guarded viewing rail inside the 1-foot setback and angle the key step to the aisle, because crowds have less room to stand back here.
The LVCC's newest hall, opened in 2021: 600,000 sq ft under tall clear heights, with roomy aisles and the campus's best truck docks. It holds the Digital Transformation, Logistics, PACKage Printing and Reusable Packaging pavilions.
Our advice: Software and printing demos sell on screens here, so we light for monitors and run cable under the floor; a 600 sq ft booth can still fly a sign at 14 feet.
The lower level of the two-story South Hall across Desert Inn Road, joined by bridges; PMMI places the Containers and Materials Pavilion here for brand managers, package designers and engineers.
Our advice: Materials sell by touch, so we build lit shelving and handling counters at the aisle, and on this level crates avoid the freight-elevator limits of the upper floor.
The LVCC's original main hall on the 1959 dome site, renovated from 2023 to 2025, with lower ceilings in its older sections; PMMI lists it among the show's four exhibit halls.
Our advice: We check the ceiling and rigging points in your section before a hanging sign is drawn, since both the building and PMMI's tiers set the limit.

How much does a booth at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027 cost?
Start from the footprint. A 10×20 with one running machine costs $7,500 to $15,000 as a rental or $15,000 to $45,000 custom, and a 20×30 island, the smallest common size allowed a hanging sign, runs $75,000 to $175,000 custom. Plinths, guarding and machine crating move our price. PMMI bills space on top: 600 sq ft at the $34.25 non-member rate is $20,550, material handling included.
What is the deadline to book a booth for PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027?
Priority space selection ran June to August 2026, and open booths sell first come, first served from PMMI's floor plan. Payments set the calendar: a 25% deposit with the application, 50% by March 15, 2027 and the balance by May 17, 2027, after which new bookings pay in full. We need design sign-off from you by mid-July 2027.
Can we rent a booth for PACK EXPO Las Vegas, and what does a rental include?
We draw a PACK EXPO rental from your machine's crate list: a plinth that holds the machine a foot off the aisle, lit towers or a back wall printed with your graphics, a spec counter and lockable storage for format parts, all inside your height tier. Install by our Las Vegas crew, dismantle and storage between shows sit on one fixed proposal.
Can we set up our own booth at the Las Vegas Convention Center?
LVCC labor rules let full-time company employees assemble an exhibit with hand tools, while anything driven or wheeled, from forklifts to pallet jacks, and any hired labor belong to the show contractor and Teamsters Local 631. PACK EXPO Services moves machinery from dock to booth. When Purple installs, our EAC paperwork and insurance certificate go in first, which clears our Las Vegas crew to work your booth.
How tall can our booth be at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, and can we hang a sign?
Height follows square footage. Under 600 sq ft the cap is 12 feet for all display material, logos and graphics included, and hanging signs are not permitted. From 600 to 1,499 sq ft the limit is 14 feet, and at 1,500 sq ft and over it is 18 feet, with hanging signs counted inside each limit. Machines and displays stay at least 1 foot back from every aisle.
What does drayage cost at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, and who pays it?
Drayage is inside PMMI's space rate: it covers moving machinery off your truck at the dock to your booth and back to the dock for reloading. The condition is timing, because the inclusion applies provided your shipment or truck checks in at the LVCC by 2 p.m. on your assigned target move-in date. Special assessment pricing sits in PMMI's Rules & Regulations, so we book carriers with margin.
Which hall will our PACK EXPO Las Vegas booth be in?
Category and pavilion decide it. For 2027 the Food & Beverage Processing Zone, Healthcare Packaging Pavilion and Confectionery Pavilion are in North Hall; the Digital Transformation, Logistics, PACKage Printing and Reusable Packaging pavilions in West Hall; and the Containers and Materials Pavilion in South Lower Hall. Central Hall also carries exhibits. Pavilion space is subject to PMMI approval, and we plan crates and docks once your hall is set.
Do you handle PACK EXPO Services orders?
Yes. PACK EXPO Services is the official move-in, freight and booth services contractor at PACK EXPO Las Vegas, and the Exhibitor Services Manual is available in May 2027. We place every booth service order, map the power each machine draws, request your target move-in and send you one dated schedule with the payment, manual and freight deadlines on it.
Can we reuse our PACK EXPO Las Vegas booth at other shows?
Plan it in modules and the same plinths, towers and graphics that work the LVCC in September can travel to PACK EXPO East in Philadelphia in March 2028 and on to PACK EXPO International in Chicago. Between shows we keep the kit at our Las Vegas shop and reprint graphics for each audience, so only the message changes from hall to hall.

How do I get a booth at PACK EXPO Las Vegas?
Choose an open space on the 2027 floor plan, read PMMI's Rules & Regulations, then submit the exhibit space application through Reserve My Booth with a 25% deposit that is nonrefundable and nontransferable. Non-members pay $34.25 per sq ft, drayage included. Exhibiting continuously moves you up PMMI's priority standing for space selection, kept apart from the other PACK EXPO shows.
