Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Early February 2027
- Early February 2027: Design sign-off, oven and utility plan agreed, island drawings ready for Freeman and the show.
- February to March 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; counters, graphics and sampling fixtures built and tested.
- Early March 2027: EAC form and certificate of insurance filed; electrical and utility orders placed.
- Mid-March 2027: Booth and equipment ship to the Freeman advance warehouse in Las Vegas.
- April 11–12, 2027: Move-in at the LVCC West Hall; Purple’s Las Vegas crew installs and tests every oven and outlet.
- April 13–16, 2027: Show days April 13–15, then dismantle and return freight through April 16.

Checklist
- Note your booth number and footprint in the LVCC West Hall from your Pizza Expo contract
- List every oven and appliance with weight, dimensions, power and gas or venting needs
- Decide what you will bake and sample each day, and how many samples per hour
- Read the sampling and catering rules in the Exhibitor Service Manual with Purple
- Plan staffing around International Pizza Challenge and World Pizza Games times
- Send logo, product photography and price sheets to Purple
- Book rooms near Paradise Road for the April 11–16 window
- Set up lead retrieval and a follow-up offer for owners who buy at the show
