Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space, inline: $4,625 per 100 sq ft, 2026 standard rate
- Booth space, island: $49.50 per sq ft, 400 sq ft minimum, 2026 standard rate
- Live demonstration fee: $2,500 per approved demonstration, non-refundable, 2026 rules
- Drayage in Baltimore: About $140 per cwt, 200 lb minimum: Purple's 2026–27 venue-guide figure for the Baltimore Convention Center
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Late June 2027
- Late June 2027: Design sign-off, with every sample tray, screen and demo bay drawn to your space assignment.
- July 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY; island floor plans for 20×20 and larger go to ASPS on its schedule (the 2026 deadline was July 31).
- August 2027: Giveaway, raffle and live-demonstration paperwork filed with ASPS; in 2026 these were due August 14.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship prepaid to the official contractor's advance warehouse; electrical, flooring and lead retrieval ordered.
- Days before September 16: Move-in; our project manager and vetted local labor set the booth, lay the required flooring and test every screen.
- September 16–19, 2027: Meeting days; the booth stays intact until the official close, then we dismantle and ship to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Send Purple your PSTM 2027 space assignment, booth number and size as soon as ASPS confirms it
- List every implant, matrix, instrument and device you want on the counter, with sizes and weights
- Decide between a model station and an ASPS-approved live demonstration, and gather the FDA documentation the request needs
- Plan a trainee station for residents, fellows and medical students separate from the surgeon table
- Route every flyer, giveaway and in-booth promotion through ASPS's giveaway form
- Sign off the booth design by late June 2027
- Book Baltimore hotels inside the ASPS housing block
- Send logo, approved claims and brand files to Purple
