Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Booth space, inline: $6,300 per 10×10, 2027 standard rate
- Booth space, corner: $6,550 per 10×10, 2027 standard rate
- Booth space, island: $65.50 per sq ft, 2027 standard rate
- Drayage: About $175 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- Island booth renderings due to SIR (20×20 and larger): January 7, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-December 2026
- Mid-December 2026: Design sign-off; island renderings with dimensions, elevations and the 30% see-through marked for SIR's review.
- January 7, 2027: Island renderings due to SIR for any booth of 20×20 or larger; engineering starts on anything over 12 feet.
- January to early February 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY in a 30–45 day build; EAC form and insurance certificate filed with SIR by February 4.
- February 11–18, 2027: Two sets of final plans to the LACC by February 11; crates to Freeman's advance warehouse from February 16, ahead of the February 18 discount deadline.
- March 18–20, 2027: Move-in at the Los Angeles Convention Center; our project manager and vetted local labor install, then run every device bench before opening.
- March 21–24, 2027: Expo days March 21–23; dismantle from 3:15 p.m. on March 23 into March 24, then the booth goes to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Pay the booth balance to SIR by December 1, 2026 to avoid the 10% late fee
- List every device you will show, and flag any IDE, PMA or 510(k)-pending item to SIR with its FDA letter
- Sign off the design by mid-December so island renderings reach SIR by January 7, 2027
- Book staff rooms through Maritz and release unused rooms by the January 21 rooming deadline
- Name your contractor so the EAC form and insurance certificate reach SIR by February 4
- Send SIR any giveaway, prize or press release for approval; no giveaway may exceed $100
- Book an in-booth session, an Innovation Hub slot or a corporate symposium; symposium details are due February 18
- Send logo, product photography and approved claims to Purple
