Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires
Published rates:
- Booth space: $40 per sq ft, $4,000 per 10×10, 2027 rate
- Corner premium: $495 per corner, 2027 rate
- Material handling: $3.20 per pound, $3.95 after deadline, 2027 rules
- Labor: $187.25 per hour straight time, $281 overtime, 2027 rules
Key dates
- Island booth renderings due to SNMMI: April 9, 2027
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-March 2027
- By January 29, 2027: Final booth payment due to SNMMI; we lock the footprint, corner count and product list for design.
- Mid-March 2027: Design sign-off; island rendering drawn with every height, setback, light and presentation area SNMMI asks to see.
- April 9–19, 2027: Island rendering, hanging-light drawings and insurance certificate filed by April 9; hanging-sign request to SNMMI and The Expo Group by April 19.
- April to mid-May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: monitor walls, plinths for shielding, fabric graphics and lighting built and tested; contractor orders placed six weeks out.
- Up to 30 days before the meeting: Crates ship to The Expo Group's warehouse; on site our project manager and vetted local labor install, with the booth occupied before 2 p.m. Saturday, June 5.
- June 5–8, 2027: SNMMI 2027 runs; after the hall closes we dismantle and send the booth to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Pay the SNMMI booth balance by January 29, 2027 and settle any size change before February 1
- List each scanner, hot cell, shield and dose calibrator you will show, with weights, dimensions and power
- Choose the recorded clinical datasets for the screens, since SNMMI bans live imaging on people and phantoms
- Sign off the design by mid-March 2027 so the island rendering reaches SNMMI by April 9
- Send your $1 million general liability certificate naming SNMMI by April 9, 2027
- Decide on a hanging sign, Hot Spot or satellite symposium before the April 19 sign deadline
- Book rooms in the SNMMI hotel block once the 2027 housing links open
- Send logo files, product renders and approved claims to Purple
