Includes design, structure, graphics, installation and dismantle. A custom-built booth runs roughly $100 to $250 per square foot depending on finish level. A rental of the same footprint usually lands at 35 to 50 percent of the purchase price for one show.
Billed by the show
- Booth space (paid to the organizer)
- Material handling / drayage, where the space rate does not include it
- Electrical service, internet and rigging
- Booth cleaning and any union labor the venue requires

- Corner fee, inline: $125 per exposed corner, 2026 rate
- Drayage: About $176 per cwt, 200 lb minimum, 2026–27 planning figure
Key dates
- Design sign-off with Purple: Mid-March 2027
- Early March 2027: SVS posts the exhibitor service manual about 90 days out; we pull the vendor list, order forms and shipping deadlines and build your order calendar.
- Mid-March 2027: Design sign-off, with every device counter, screen and storage closet sized to your product list.
- About 60 days before opening: Island, peninsula and first-time exhibitor booth plans go to Show Management for approval, as the 2022 rules required.
- April to early May 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: counters, lit cases, fabric graphics and screens built and tested in 30 to 45 days.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse named in the service manual; electrical, rigging and labor orders placed.
- June 3–4, 2027: Exhibit hall days after move-in earlier that week; once Friday's floor closes we dismantle and send the booth to storage or your next show.

Checklist
- Reserve space on the VAM27 floor plan through the Corcoran Expositions booth sales page
- List every graft, stent, sheath, console and sample you will show, with weights and power needs
- Send giveaways and promotional items to Show Management for approval before the meeting
- Sign off the booth design by mid-March 2027 so island or first-time plans meet the 60-day review
- Request investigator meeting space at the Marriott Marquis when the form opens in January 2027
- Weigh Vascular Live!, the Hands-On Lab or Crossroads @ VAM once the VAM27 sponsorship prospectus posts
- Book staff rooms through MCI USA when housing opens March 3, 2027
- Send logo, approved claims and product photography to Purple
