- Spring 2027: Booth selection: in 2026 CRF opened priority selection in March on MapYourShow, so we size the footprint and budget with you before your appointment.
- Early August 2027: Design sign-off, with the 40% see-through calculation, 15-foot structure and 25-foot sign heights marked on the drawings.
- August to September 2027: Production in Fishkill, NY: demo counters, bench-model mounts, imaging screen walls and fabric graphics built and tested.
- About five weeks before opening: Booth design submitted to CRF and EAC forms filed; for the 2026 meeting these were due September 16 and September 28.
- About 3 weeks before move-in: Crates ship to the advance warehouse; contractor orders for electrical, carpet, rigging and internet placed at discount rates.
