A dark, architectural island booth framed by a large overhead portal header with a backlit logo, set on a raised floor with a lit edge. Full-height stone slab panels line the front and sides as product displays, a reception counter greets visitors at the entrance, and a back wall with a TV and a bar counter serves conversations, with a meeting area of chairs to one side.

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-072 is 7,050 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet and depends on the hall, so it isn't in the estimate. Your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit.
