A wide island booth framed by black perimeter walls with red header bands and a central header with a lit logo. A glass-look graphic wall with a large TV backs a lounge of tub armchairs, cafe tables fill the open floor, a bar counter with stools and shelves sits at one side, and a reception counter and glass door sample panel face the aisle.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-081 is 6,300 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet and depends on the hall, so it isn't in the estimate. Your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit.
