A large country-style pavilion made of about 20 small exhibitor pods arranged around a central hub. Each pod has its own wall graphics, counter and café table, while the hub offers a reception counter, a storage or office room with TV and a blue-carpeted meeting area with bar tables, all marked by a large square hanging sign.

How this estimate works
Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-368 is 32,850 lb, based on its size and contents.
Electrical is ordered per outlet and depends on the hall, so it isn't in the estimate. This design has a hanging sign, so the show's rigging crew also bills labor to hang it. Your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit.
