Planning a 16×20

What a 16×20 booth gives you

A 16×20 booth is 320 square feet of floor. Peninsula booths back onto one row and open on three sides, with room for a tall back wall and a hanging sign. Inline booths sit in a row with neighbours on both sides and open to one aisle, so the back wall does most of the work.

Some of these designs have a hanging sign, which needs the show's rigging labor on top of the rental price. Every design is a starting point: we adapt walls, counters, screens and furniture to your products, then send a rendering with your graphics before anything is built.

Questions

16×20 rental FAQ

How much does it cost to rent a 16×20 trade show booth?

Our 16×20 designs rent for $24,500 to $38,650 all-in for a Las Vegas, Orlando or Texas show; a typical one is about $25,050. Union cities such as New York and Chicago cost up to 45% more because of local labor rates.

What is included in a 16×20 booth rental?

Design and planning, production of the structure and printed graphics, the furniture, lighting, screens and flooring shown in the design, shipping both ways, installation and dismantle, show paperwork and a project manager. Material handling (drayage) and electrical are billed by the show.

Why do 16×20 rental prices differ so much?

Each price is built from what the booth contains. Storage and meeting rooms, LED walls, hanging signs and built counters add cost; open floor plans with a few graphic walls cost less.

How many staff fit in a 16×20 booth?

A 320 sq ft booth works well with 4 to 6 people on the floor at once, depending on how much furniture and display space the design uses.

How far ahead should I book a 16×20 rental?

Start 8 to 10 weeks before the show. Production takes 30 to 45 days and we need your graphics about 4 weeks out.
