2027 EXHIBITOR CONTROL CENTER
One wrong-year form can put a correct plan on the wrong schedule. Use this source-verified checklist to separate confirmed 2027 facts from older material, assign every document to an owner and verify each operating deadline before your team acts on it.
Dates and location: Global Pet Expo official site. Venue and exhibitor eligibility: official exhibit page.

The 2027 answer in 60 seconds
Global Pet Expo 2027 is scheduled for March 17–19, 2027 at the Orange County Convention Center’s South Concourse in Orlando. The organizer’s exhibit page says active APPA and PIDA members are eligible to exhibit, identifies January 1, 2027 as a published space-pricing threshold and the official help center says 2027 exhibitor badge registration is open.
But a current official route does not automatically make every linked file current. During our September 7, 2026 review, official pages still displayed or linked to resources labeled 2025 or 2026. That means your operating schedule should include only dates verified inside a controlling 2027 document—not dates copied from an old guide, an old service-kit route, a search result or last year’s spreadsheet.
- Confirm the edition inside the document. A 2027 page title outside the document is not enough.
- Record the controlling source. Save its title, URL or portal path, revision date and responsible party.
- Assign one internal owner. A shared inbox is not ownership.
- Mark unknown dates as pending. Never make a prior-year date look confirmed.
PUBLIC INFORMATION-STATUS BOARD
What is confirmed for Global Pet Expo 2027—and what still needs verification
Last checked:
This board reports what each official public route showed on the checked date. It is a verification snapshot, not a substitute for your executed agreement, authenticated Exhibitor Resource Center, current service kit or written organizer instructions.
| Information | Status | What the source currently shows | Safe next action |
|---|---|---|---|
| Show dates and city | Confirmed for 2027 | March 17–19, 2027 in Orlando. | Use the official event home page and monitor for changes. |
| Venue and exhibitor eligibility | Confirmed for 2027 | OCCC South Concourse; active APPA and PIDA members are eligible to exhibit. | Confirm eligibility and assignment in your executed records and the official exhibit page. |
| Published space-pricing threshold | Confirmed for 2027 | The official exhibit page explicitly identifies January 1, 2027 as its pricing threshold. | Check the current page and your space agreement; use Purple’s separate cost guide for budget education. |
| Exhibitor badge registration | Confirmed for 2027 | The official help center says 2027 exhibitor registration is open. | Use your authenticated resource-center route and confirm that the dashboard and confirmations identify 2027. |
| Public exhibitor resources | Mixed-year signal | The public resource page currently names a 2025 dashboard and 2025 First-Time Exhibitors Guide. | Use the page as a route, not as proof that each destination applies to 2027. |
| Public FAQ dates | Mixed-year signal | The FAQ currently displays 2026 event dates and an earlier insurance deadline. | Do not copy those dates into a 2027 plan. Verify current operating documents. |
| Service kit, freight, insurance, EAC and move-in details | Current 2027 source pending | A complete public set of controlling 2027 operating documents was not verified in this review. | Use the authenticated 2027 resource center and current provider materials when issued; escalate contradictions in writing. |
Status language matters: “Pending” does not mean a requirement does not exist. It means Purple has not labeled an operating date as confirmed without a current controlling 2027 source.

Why a current official page can still lead to an older document
Event websites are living systems. A current landing page may retain an earlier portal hostname, downloadable guide, FAQ answer, ordering route or search snippet while the next edition’s materials are being prepared. The outer page, linked destination and file itself can therefore carry three different year signals.
Route
Where you entered: the official website, authenticated portal, provider ordering site or an old bookmark.
Document
What you opened: its event name, edition, dates, form number, revision date and booth reference.
Instruction
What controls the action: the named deadline, submission destination, terms and written acceptance.
A trustworthy schedule must pass all three layers. A familiar logo or official domain establishes origin; it does not, by itself, establish the applicable edition.

Use the four-lock method before entering any deadline
LOCK 01
Edition lock
Find “2027,” the 2027 event dates or another unambiguous edition marker inside the document or authenticated screen. A year in the referring page’s heading is not sufficient.
LOCK 02
Authority lock
Identify who controls the requirement: show management, the named official provider, the facility, an authority having jurisdiction or your executed contract. A third-party recap is a lead, not the controlling source.
LOCK 03
Instruction lock
Capture the exact action, deadline, timezone if relevant, submission destination, terms and revision date. For relative instructions, verify the dated event they depend on before calculating anything.
LOCK 04
Owner lock
Assign one responsible person, record completion evidence and name the escalation route. “The team has it” is not a control.
If one lock fails, label the item UNVERIFIED. Keep it visible, but do not let it drive shipping, labor, insurance, service ordering or approval decisions.

LOCAL-ONLY TOOL
Check a title, filename or URL for the wrong year
Paste a document title, filename or URL into the checker below. It looks only for year signals and basic event wording in your browser. It does not open the link, validate authenticity or send what you paste to Purple.
1. Scan the visible year signals
Do not paste passwords, portal tokens, personal data, contract terms or confidential information. A year match is a screening signal, not proof.
2. Complete the four verification locks
These checks reset when the page reloads and are not stored.
3. Create a privacy-safe verification receipt
The receipt contains status and counts only. It never contains the text you pasted.
The Global Pet Expo 2027 exhibitor document checklist
This is a control list, not a claim that every item is currently public or required for every exhibit. Start with the records that apply to your program, then verify the current 2027 source, named owner and completion evidence for each one.

| Document or record | Likely controlling party | Verify before use | Evidence to retain |
|---|---|---|---|
| Executed exhibit-space agreement and booth assignment | Show organizer | 2027 edition, legal exhibitor, booth number, footprint and controlling terms | Executed agreement, assignment confirmation and approved changes |
| Authenticated Exhibitor Resource Center access | Show organizer / platform provider | 2027 event label, authorized company account, current task tiles and contacts | Access owner, portal path and current dashboard record |
| Badge roster and invitation-letter records | Show organizer / registration provider | 2027 event, approved domains, correct names and confirmation status | Roster export or confirmations with sensitive data stored securely |
| Current exhibitor service kit and orders | Named official provider | Event name, 2027 dates, event identifier, revision, deadlines and terms | Order confirmations, floor plan references and change records |
| Certificate of insurance and EAC authorization | Show organizer / named official provider | Current requirements, parties, limits, destination, deadline and acceptance | Submitted forms, certificate, delivery proof and written acceptance |
| Display, rigging, fire-safety and special-use approvals | Organizer / facility / authority having jurisdiction | Applicable rules, drawings, submission route, deadline and approval conditions | Stamped drawings, written approval and field copy |
| Venue and official-provider service orders | Facility / named official provider | Current event, booth number, service location, quantities, terms and status | Order confirmation, placement drawing and onsite contact |
| Freight plan, shipping labels and Move-In Bulletin | Organizer / named official provider | 2027 edition, booth number, destination, receiving window and label format | Final labels, tracking, carrier record, delivery instructions and bulletin |
For product permissions, live-animal or service-animal procedures, food-and-beverage activity, demonstrations or other special use, add a separate row only after the responsible official source is identified. Do not assume a prior edition’s permission process remains unchanged.
Which source should answer which question?
No generic checklist can replace the agreement or rule that controls a particular action. Use this routing table to find the right authority, then retain the current written answer.
Show dates, eligibility and exhibit participation
Start with Global Pet Expo or the exhibitor’s executed agreement. Use the organizer’s current written direction when the public site and authenticated records differ.
Service ordering, labor and freight instructions
Use the current event-specific material from the named official provider. Confirm the event identifier and 2027 edition inside the ordering environment.
Facility services and building requirements
Use the current OCCC or designated-provider instruction that applies to the event, together with show-specific ordering routes and approvals.
Booth plan and production handoff
Use the latest approved drawing, field packet and written responsibility matrix shared by the exhibitor and its exhibit partners. Never let an internal drawing override official approval conditions.
When two apparently authoritative sources disagree, do not average, infer or choose the more convenient answer. Ask the responsible organization to resolve the conflict in writing, then update the register and every dependent task.
Build a deadline register your whole team can trust
A useful register records more than a date. Use one row per action and keep the source evidence with it.
Use three status labels only
- Confirmed: a current controlling 2027 source supports the action and date.
- Pending: the current controlling document has not been issued, accessed or verified.
- Resolved: a prior conflict was answered in writing and the register now points to the controlling instruction.
Do not use “probably,” “same as last year” or an unlabeled date. If a team member cannot open the evidence or identify its edition, the row is not confirmed.

DOWNLOADABLE PLANNING AID
Download the source-labeled 2027 planning calendar
The eight-event calendar includes the organizer-published show dates, the published January 1, 2027 space-pricing threshold and six clearly labeled Purple planning checkpoints for source ownership and re-verification.
It intentionally excludes unverified move-in, move-out, freight, insurance, EAC, GES and OCCC service deadlines. Importing the calendar does not replace current official documents.
What not to copy forward from an earlier edition
Dates and receiving windows
Move-in, move-out, warehouse, direct-delivery, service-order and approval dates can change. Copy the current source, not the old calendar cell.
Addresses and labels
Warehouse destinations, marshaling instructions, event identifiers, booth numbers and label formats must match the current event materials.
Forms and certificate language
Insurance parties, limits, EAC forms, submission routes and signatures may change. Use the current package and retain acceptance evidence.
Rates, terms and provider roles
Do not assume last year’s price, discount date, cancellation term or designated provider applies to 2027.

Global Pet Expo 2027 exhibitor checklist FAQs
When is Global Pet Expo 2027?
The official event site lists March 17–19, 2027 in Orlando, Florida. Verify the official site again before booking or publishing a schedule because event information can change.
Where can I find the Global Pet Expo 2027 exhibitor manual?
Start with the organizer’s current official exhibit route and your authenticated Exhibitor Resource Center. Before using any guide or service kit, verify the event name, 2027 edition, dates, revision status and event identifier inside the document or portal.
Why does an official Global Pet Expo link show 2025 or 2026?
Event sites may retain an earlier guide, FAQ answer, portal hostname or linked route while current materials are being prepared. An official origin does not prove that every destination is the 2027 edition. Verify the content inside the destination.
Are the dates in this checklist official deadlines?
Only dates explicitly identified as organizer-published are presented that way. Purple planning checkpoints are labeled as internal planning guidance. The downloadable calendar intentionally omits operating deadlines that were not verified in a controlling 2027 source.
How should I verify a Global Pet Expo deadline?
Confirm four things: the 2027 edition inside the source, the organization that controls the requirement, the exact action and date, and the internal owner. Save the source URL or portal path, document title, revision date, checked date and completion evidence.
Does the year checker open or upload my link?
No. The checker examines the text you paste locally in your browser. It does not open the link, fetch the document, transmit your text, store it between visits or prove that a source is authentic.
What should I do when two official sources disagree?
Mark the item unresolved and ask the responsible organizer, provider or facility to confirm the controlling instruction in writing. Do not average the dates or silently choose one. Update every dependent task when the conflict is resolved.
Is Purple Exhibits the official Global Pet Expo contractor?
No. Purple Exhibits is an independent exhibit company and is not Global Pet Expo, APPA, PIDA, GES or the Orange County Convention Center. Organizer, provider and facility materials control their respective requirements.
Sources, methodology and update policy
Purple Exhibits reviewed the public pages below on September 7, 2026, recorded explicit 2027 facts, labeled mixed-year signals and withheld unverified operating dates. Purple’s internal source ledger preserves the observations, checked date, safe action and update triggers used for this page.
- Global Pet Expo official home page
- Official exhibit information
- Official public exhibitor resources
- Official FAQs
- Official exhibitor badge-registration help
- Official display-rules page
Update rule: when a controlling source changes, update this page, the status board, source ledger, calendar, checked date, `dateModified` and change note in one reviewed release. Never overwrite a prior-year warning with an assumed 2027 deadline.
