IAAPA usually lands just before the holiday. Rates jump and I-4 slows down; our staff skip both.

West Building Hall A to Hall F is a 12-minute walk; West to North–South is 15 more. Book staff by hall and give call times that account for it.
Out-of-town agencies add flights plus I-Drive hotel rates, which spike during PGA and IAAPA. Our talent live here; $85 an hour is the whole number.

Yes. We send golf-literate product specialists for the show floor and models and hostesses for demo-day and evening events. Because the PGA Show follows the holidays, book before mid-December.
IAAPA Expo, the PGA Show, Global Pet Expo, HIMSS, Surf Expo in January and September, MegaCon, Premiere Orlando, the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Show, the Orlando Auto Show, the Orlando Home Show and NBAA-BACE in the years it comes to Orlando, plus corporate events at Gaylord Palms and the Disney resorts.
They sit on opposite sides of International Drive, joined by a pedestrian bridge. Allow about 15 minutes to walk from one to the other, which is why we never share one team between the two buildings.
From June to September, expect highs near 92°F and a thunderstorm most afternoons. Our staff dress for the walk from parking or the I-Ride Trolley and change at the booth, and any outdoor activation gets a covered fallback.
Three at a time is the sweet spot: an aisle greeter and two people inside. West Building concourses are wide and traffic comes in waves after sessions, so split the day into two 4-hour shifts to stay fresh.
Yes. Central Florida has a deep bilingual talent pool, so Spanish and Portuguese speakers are available on most dates. For IAAPA’s international crowd we can add French, Mandarin and German with notice.
Yes. We assign staff who live in Kissimmee and southwest Orlando to Gaylord Palms and the Disney conference resorts, so they are close to the venue and not fighting I-4.
