The bigger picture

A year of shows. One connected plan.

A booth project prepares you for one event. A managed program connects the decisions across all of them: what to reuse, where to invest, how assets move, and what needs to happen next.

Illustrative calendar. One new build in January carries five more shows with reconfiguration, refreshed graphics and coordinated storage between each.
1

See the year before you commit.

Show priorities, booth sizes and preliminary budgets in one plan, so the January build is sized for what September needs.

2

Keep your brand consistent.

The footprint, layout and messaging adapt to each floor while the presence stays recognizable from show to show.

3

Keep your team focused.

One point of contact who already knows your inventory, your deadlines and your approvals. No re-briefing every quarter.

4

Spend once, use six times.

We plan reuse into the design, so a different booth size rarely means a different booth.

What's included

How each show runs

The same clock, every time.

Every show on your calendar follows this schedule. Your manager tracks the dates. You get asked for decisions at four points and nowhere else.

You approve

New custom builds take 30 to 45 days in our shop, so a brand-new exhibit needs the design approval at the 8 to 10 week mark. Reconfigurations and refreshes can move faster.

Smarter use of what you own

The next show doesn't start from zero.

A different booth size doesn't automatically mean a new exhibit. We review your existing assets against the whole calendar and set the right mix for each show.

Reuse.

Existing components go back to work wherever condition and layout allow.

Reconfigure.

The footprint, meeting areas and displays adapt to the next floor plan.

Refresh.

Graphics update, wear gets repaired, and new elements are added only where they earn their cost.

How we work together

One point of contact. A whole team behind it.

Your manager connects the work. Your team keeps control of the goals, the brand and the decisions that matter.

Your team

You set the direction.

  • Share your show calendar and business goals.
  • Define brand, product and meeting requirements.
  • Approve designs, budgets and key changes at the four checkpoints.
  • Focus on your people and prospects at the event.

Your Purple team

We connect the details.

  • Build the plan and run the agreed scope.
  • Keep exhibit assets and show requirements aligned.
  • Manage production, logistics and every service deadline.
  • Turn post-show findings into the next-show plan.

The relationship continues between events. Your next show is already in the conversation before the current one closes.

How full is your calendar?

Show count is the starting point. Locations, booth sizes, existing assets and the level of coordination shape the final scope.

How pricing works

Three parts. No surprises.

No two programs cost the same, so we don't publish a rate card. What we do publish is the structure. Your proposal separates what you pay Purple from what the show charges everyone, and every line is visible before the year starts.

Part 1

Annual program fee

Covers your manager, planning, calendar tracking, inventory records, reporting and the coordination that runs all year. Billed annually or quarterly.

Part 2

Per-show costs

Quoted per event and approved before work starts.

  • Design, new production and graphics
  • Freight, drayage and labor
  • Installation, dismantle and onsite supervision
  • Storage between shows

Part 3

Venue pass-throughs

Electrical, rigging, internet and other exhibitor services are billed by the venue at cost. We order them early so you pay the lower rate.

What moves the number

  • Show count and spacing. Back-to-back shows need duplicate assets or tighter turnarounds.
  • Booth sizes. A 10′ × 10′ and a 30′ × 30′ are different projects even with the same brand.
  • New build vs. reuse. The biggest lever. What you already own decides how much gets produced.
  • Cities and distance. Freight, drayage and labor rates vary by venue.
  • Level of onsite support. Supervision only, or a full install crew and 24-hour coverage.
Term12-month agreement, renewed annually with the next calendar.
Cancelled showPer-show costs stop at the work already done. The program fee is unchanged.
InsuranceAssets are insured in our storage and in transit we arrange. Show-floor coverage is confirmed per venue.
OwnershipEverything we build for you is yours. Rental components stay in the Purple fleet.

Getting started

Your first 30 days.

From the first call to a signed plan in about a month. Faster if your next show is close.

Day 1–3

Discovery call

We walk through your calendar, goals and what you already own. You leave with a rough scope and a program tier.

Day 4–10

Asset review

We inspect your booth in person or from photos and crate lists, and record its condition and reuse options.

Day 11–20

Program proposal

A year plan with per-show budgets, the reuse map, deadlines and the approval points, in writing.

Day 21–30

Kickoff

Your manager opens the calendar, moves assets into storage if needed, and starts the first show's clock.

A few good questions

Let's clear things up.

Can you manage a booth we already own?

Yes. We begin by reviewing your existing assets, photos, condition and upcoming booth requirements. From there, we identify what can be reused, repaired, modified or replaced. You don't need to assume a new build for every event.

Can one exhibit work across different booth sizes?

Often. Existing components can be reconfigured or combined with new elements. We review each footprint, venue restriction, graphic requirement and functional need before recommending an approach. Your annual calendar lets us plan those adaptations together instead of one show at a time.

What does Purple handle, and what does our team handle?

Your team sets the goals, shares brand and product requirements, and approves the plan and spending at four checkpoints per show. Purple coordinates everything in the agreed scope: design, graphics, venue orders, freight, installation, onsite supervision, dismantle, storage and reporting.

How is program pricing determined?

Three parts: an annual program fee for management, per-show costs quoted and approved per event, and venue services passed through at cost. Calendar, locations, booth sizes, existing inventory and design needs set the numbers. Your proposal lists all three before the year starts.

Where are our assets stored, and what does storage cost?

In Purple's warehouses in Fishkill, NY and Las Vegas, NV, or a partner facility close to your show corridor. Storage is quoted per crate footprint per month in your proposal and covered by our insurance while in our care.

What happens after each show?

Dismantle and return logistics, then an inventory and condition review with repairs and storage coordinated as needed. A short report records issues and recommended improvements. Those findings feed the next show's configuration, graphics and schedule.

What happens if a show is cancelled or we add one?

Cancelled shows stop at the work already done, and the freed budget rolls forward. Added shows join the calendar with the same clock. Tell your manager as soon as plans change and we re-check the whole year, not just that event.

Do you cover shows outside the U.S.?

Our hubs cover the U.S. show circuit. For international events we coordinate with partner builders and handle the design, graphics and project management from here. Ask us early so customs and freight lead times fit the calendar.

Can we start if our calendar isn't final?

Yes. Share the confirmed and tentative shows you have, with likely dates, locations and booth sizes. We start reviewing requirements and existing assets, then refine the scope as your schedule takes shape.

What's not included?

Booth space fees, travel and hotels for your staff, lead-retrieval devices and promotional giveaways are outside the program by default. We can add promotional products and show-floor staffing from our other services if you want them managed under the same calendar.
