Design render of a 10×20 corner trade show booth: corner booth with entry header and tasting pedestals
About this design

Why choose PX-529

Tasting happens on colorful pedestals here. Three tall blocks in white, orange and green stand at the entrance with bowls on top, in front of a large printed graphic wall with a 55-inch TV and a printed header on posts overhead. Hanging plants under the header, two white counters, a high round table and a closed door room at the back give the booth a warm, food-show feel on wood-look flooring.

How the space works

The printed header above the entrance leads visitors in, and hanging plants soften the opening. The three tall pedestals stand near the front, each holding a bowl or a sample for visitors to take. The wall TV and graphic wall show the brand story behind them. The two white counters give staff a place to serve and talk, and the round high table with four white stools gives a place to sit. A door at the back leads to a storage room.

Best for

  • Food, snack, confectionery and ingredient companies that give out samples
  • Exhibitors who want pedestal displays at different heights rather than flat tables
  • Teams who need a back room for stock, coolers or private calls
  • Brands with natural, plant-based or farm-to-table stories

What stands out

  • Three tall colored pedestals present samples at standing height with a splash of color
  • A 16 ft printed header on posts frames the entrance and holds a headline or logo
  • A back storage room with a door keeps stock, boxes and coolers out of sight

Make it yours

  • Change the pedestal colors to match your packaging
  • Replace the hanging plants with garlands or flowers that suit the season
  • Use one white counter as a sampling station and the other for lead capture

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-529 is 1,800 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
