Design render of a 10×20 corner trade show booth: corner booth with four shelf units and reception counter
About this design

Why choose PX-378

Four black shelf units hung across a dark printed wall turn the whole back of this booth into a product gallery. The wall carries about twenty feet of graphics, and the shelves sit in front of them at eye level, so small items read as the first thing a visitor sees. A blue counter at the far end greets people at the aisle. Exhibitors with lightweight, easy-to-handle products and a short list of key messages will get the most from it.

How the space works

From the aisle, a visitor first meets the blue counter at the left corner, where one person can greet and hand out literature. Moving along, the eye lands on the four shelf units, each with four tiers, so people stop and look at product without entering the space. The round table with three chairs sits in the open middle of the light gray carpet for buyer conversations, and the return wall on the right closes the corner and holds a vertical graphic.

Best for

  • Toy, hobby and consumer-gadget makers who need tiers of shelf space for small boxed items
  • Brands that want a compact reception point plus one quiet table for buyer meetings
  • Exhibitors with a bold product photo that can fill a dark wall behind the shelves
  • Teams with a small staff who only need one counter and one table

What stands out

  • Four black four-tier shelf units: they give you sixteen product levels on the wall without using any floor space.
  • Dark printed back wall: strong contrast makes light-colored products and your headline stand out under the spot lights.
  • Blue reception counter at the open end: it works as a clear welcome point and a place to hold a tablet or sign-in sheet.

Make it yours

  • Swap the counter graphic and color to match your brand instead of the blue shown
  • Load the shelves with a single product family per shelf unit so each one tells its own story
  • Replace the printed wall artwork with a light background if your products are dark

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-378 is 900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-378

Can the shelves hold heavy products?

They are wall-mounted display shelves meant for lightweight samples, boxed items and packaging. If you plan to show anything heavy or fragile, tell us before the show so we can confirm what the units are rated for.

Can I use this layout as an island?

It is built as a corner booth, with the return wall closing the right side. If your space is an island, ask us about a version that places the shelf wall as a divider.
