Design render of a 10×20 corner trade show booth: corner booth with led-edged wall, four screens and counters
About this design

Why choose PX-386

Bright blue LED edging traces a navy wall and a lit counter in this booth, so it glows against its neighbors long before anyone reads a word. Four screens give you room for several videos at once, and a fifth, on a rolling stand, can be moved wherever a conversation needs one. A long white cabinet counter and a storage cabinet keep staff supplied. It fits technology companies that want a lively, screen-rich booth.

How the space works

The glowing blue edges draw visitors toward the lit reception counter at the right, where staff greet people and answer first questions. Behind it, three wall-mounted screens sit across the navy back wall, and a taller screen on a rolling stand near the left can be turned toward the aisle. The long white cabinet counter beside the wall is used for demos and paperwork, and the storage cabinet nearby keeps bags and spares out of sight.

Best for

  • Robotics, software and hardware companies that show video demonstrations
  • Exhibitors who run several short loops at the same time on different screens
  • Teams that need cabinet storage for laptops, samples and brochures
  • Brands that want a confident, glowing look without a custom build

What stands out

  • LED edge lighting on the navy wall: the bright outline makes the booth easy to spot and gives it a clear, modern shape.
  • Screens on the wall and on a stand: you can run several loops at once, or send one screen to a meeting area.
  • White cabinet counter and storage cabinet: they give staff a working surface and a place to keep supplies off the floor.

Make it yours

  • Run a different video on each wall screen, one for each product line
  • Replace the logo sign with your own three-dimensional lettering
  • Roll the stand screen to a quiet corner for one-to-one demos

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-386 is 1,650 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
