Design render of a 10×20 corner trade show booth: corner booth with storage room and large graphic wall
About this design

Why choose PX-397

One half of this booth is a large landscape photograph, and the other half is a closed white room with a door, which gives it an unusual balance of open display and private storage. A TV sits on the wall of the room, a counter stands in front, and two high tables with eight white stools provide a lot of standing room. It suits exhibitors who need to keep stock and bags out of sight but still run a busy booth.

How the space works

From the aisle, the large photograph on the right-hand wall is the visual anchor, with a bold headline in front of it. On the left, the white room with its TV tells visitors where to look for video. A reception counter sits near the room, where staff greet visitors and hand out literature. The two high round tables with white stools sit on gray carpet in the middle, so groups can stand around them and talk easily.

Best for

  • Agricultural, horticulture and outdoor-product companies with a strong photograph to show
  • Teams who need a lockable room for bags, samples and laptops
  • Exhibitors who hold quick stand-up chats rather than long seated meetings
  • Companies that run a video on a wall TV beside a counter

What stands out

  • Enclosed white room with a door: about five feet square, it hides bags and stock and keeps the open booth looking tidy.
  • Large photographic graphic wall: a full-scale image of growing plants or product sets the topic in a second.
  • Eight white bar stools on two high tables: the lightweight stools make it easy to host a group without crowding the aisle.

Make it yours

  • Put a printed graphic on the white room wall to carry your logo
  • Use the TV for product video, and keep the door side for storage
  • Swap the photo for one of your own farms, sites or products

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-397 is 1,600 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-397

Can the storage room be locked?

It is an enclosed room with a door. Locks depend on the unit supplied, so ask us to confirm the type if you plan to leave valuables inside.

Can two people fit in the room?

At roughly five by five feet, it is made for storage and quick access, not for meetings. Treat it as a closet rather than a meeting room.
