About this design

Why choose PX-404

A large product, such as a transformer, can sit inside a rope-and-post enclosure at the right end of this booth, which turns equipment into the main exhibit. A white graphic wall with a TV, a reception counter, and a high table with two blue stools hold the rest of the space. It suits companies that sell heavy or bulky equipment and need to bring a real piece to the floor.

How the space works

Visitors reach the reception counter first, with a brochure rack and a plant beside it. Moving along the white wall, they see a large wall-mounted TV and text about the company's history. The high table with two blue stools offers a spot for a short chat. At the right end, four stanchions and rope surround an open floor area where you place your own equipment, so people can look but not touch, with the tall return wall closing the corner.

Best for

  • Manufacturers of heavy equipment, electrical gear or machinery
  • Exhibitors who want to bring a real product and display it behind rope
  • Teams that meet buyers at a high table
  • Companies that give out brochures from a rack

What stands out

  • Roped display area for your own equipment: stanchions and rope mark a clear zone so visitors see the product safely.
  • Large wall-mounted TV: it fills the white wall with video and shows the equipment in operation.
  • Tall side return wall: it closes the booth on one side and gives a sturdy backdrop for the roped area.

Make it yours

  • Place a working unit or cutaway model in the roped area
  • Add a printed spec sign on the stanchions
  • Use the plant and brochure rack to mark a quiet corner at the entry

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-404 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-404

How heavy can the equipment be?

That depends on the venue floor and the show's rules. Tell us the weight and size of your piece, and check the venue's loading limits.

Is the roped area part of the booth rental?

The stanchions and rope are included, but the equipment is yours to bring. Plan delivery and handling through the show's drayage service.
