Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with backlit wall and two front counters
About this design

Why choose PX-415

A magenta lightbox wall turns the whole back of this booth into a lamp, and a counter at each front corner holds the two ends of the booth in place. A TV on a stand at the left, two round tables with padded stools in the middle, and a long counter with lockable storage give the layout a practical core. It suits companies that want color and warmth, and staff at both corners.

How the space works

A visitor sees the glowing magenta wall first, then the two counters framing the front. The small counter at the left corner is a quick greeting point, and the long counter at the right, with lockable storage inside, is where staff handle paperwork and hold bags. A TV on a free-standing stand sits on the left, and the two round tables with padded bar stools sit in the middle of the gray carpet, where staff and visitors meet at counter height.

Best for

  • Industrial and machinery makers who want a warm, bright lightbox
  • Exhibitors who need a lockable counter for laptops and samples
  • Teams that staff both front corners of the booth
  • Companies that mark an anniversary or milestone on the wall

What stands out

  • Backlit lightbox wall and return: the glow is even across the whole surface, and the return wraps the light around the corner.
  • Long counter with lockable storage: laptops and samples stay out of sight and secured during the show.
  • TV on a free-standing stand: it can be turned toward the aisle or the tables as needed.

Make it yours

  • Choose a lightbox color that matches your logo
  • Use the small counter for a sign-in point and the long counter for sales
  • Move the TV stand to the other side if your aisle approaches from the right

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-415 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
