Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with backlit wall and two screen counters
About this design

Why choose PX-416

Each of the two counters here is topped with a free-standing screen tower, and both stand in front of a glowing blue wall, so this booth has three video points before anyone says a word. A high bar table with four black stools sits between them, and LED accent strips trim the edges. A swan-chair lounge in an alternate view shows how the middle can become a softer sit-down area. It suits software and digital companies that demonstrate on screen.

How the space works

Visitors come up between the two screen towers, each with its counter below and a TV above, and each tower is its own demo point. Staff stand behind a counter and show features on the screen. Behind them, the backlit wall carries a headline and device images with a third screen. The high bar table with black stools sits in the middle for short meetings, or the area can be set with swan chairs for a relaxed talk.

Best for

  • Software and digital-service companies that demonstrate on screens
  • Exhibitors who want two staffed demo points side by side
  • Teams that need a high table and a lounge option in the same space
  • Companies that show different videos to different visitors

What stands out

  • Two screen towers with built-in counters: each is a ready-made demo station with a working surface and a display.
  • Backlit printed wall with a TV: the glow and the screen make the back of the booth bright and easy to read.
  • LED accent strips: they add color to the edges and lead the eye along the booth.

Make it yours

  • Run a different demo on each tower, such as one per product
  • Choose the high bar table for fast meetings or the swan-chair lounge for longer ones
  • Replace the wall graphic with a UI screenshot or product shot

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-416 is 1,650 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
