Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with blue graphic wall and six floating shelves
About this design

Why choose PX-419

Six floating shelves in two rows climb a deep blue wall, which gives this inline booth a very simple recipe: put the product on the shelf, put the people in front. A silhouette of a worker on the graphic gives the wall a human scale, a corner panel and low return wall finish the right side, and a logo counter stands at the left. Two round tables, a tall plant and six lights complete a tidy, practical booth.

How the space works

The logo counter at the left meets visitors as they walk in, with a tall plant beside it to mark the entry. Along the blue wall, the two rows of three floating shelves hold models and samples at head height. Further right, a corner graphic panel and a low return wall close the booth with product images. The two round white tables with four chairs sit on light gray carpet, where staff and visitors sit down to talk.

Best for

  • Engineering, utilities and infrastructure suppliers with a few sample products
  • Exhibitors who prefer a calm, dark background for white shelves
  • Teams who need a counter and two tables, nothing more
  • Companies that bring models or small equipment to rest on shelves

What stands out

  • Six floating shelves in two rows: they hold models or samples neatly, and they look light against the dark blue.
  • Deep blue graphic wall with a human silhouette: the picture gives a sense of scale and context.
  • Tall plant in a white pot: it softens the corner by the counter and marks the entry.

Make it yours

  • Put one model on each of the six shelves and label it
  • Change the plant for a floor sign if you prefer a more technical look
  • Use the low return wall to show your certifications or locations

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-419 is 900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
