Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with center counter and wall shelves
About this design

Why choose PX-420

A deep navy wall printed with circuit lines and gears gives this long inline space an engineered, technical feel, and a pale header panel carries your headline above it. Everything else stays low and open: one square counter on the center line, two round tables on either side, and a tall pull-up banner at each end. It suits a company with a clear message and a few products, and it leaves the wall graphics to do the talking.

How the space works

From the aisle, the eye lands on the header panel and the wide navy wall, then drops to the counter standing alone in the middle. Staff greet visitors there. Two round tables with three chairs each sit either side of the counter, so a meeting can start without anyone moving furniture. Two small white shelves on the wall hold a sample or a brochure at eye level, and the pull-up banners at both ends add a second layer of messaging for people approaching from either direction.

Best for

  • Engineering and electronics firms that lead with a strong headline and a printed story wall
  • Exhibitors who want an open floor for walk-up chats rather than a closed meeting area
  • First-time renters who want a clean layout that is easy to staff with two or three people
  • Teams that bring a couple of sample products to rest on wall shelves

What stands out

  • Navy wall with a printed circuit and gear pattern: a dark, saturated backdrop that makes white logos and headlines read from a distance
  • Header panel set on the wall above the graphics: gives your main claim its own bright, high-contrast spot
  • Wood-look flooring with white molded chairs on wood legs: warms up the dark wall and keeps the seating light and inviting

Make it yours

  • Swap the navy print for your own brand color while keeping the header panel as your headline band
  • Replace the two wall shelves with a TV or a product ledge if you demo more than you display
  • Turn one round table into a standing-height table if you want shorter, faster conversations

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-420 is 900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-420

Are the two pull-up banners part of the booth or extras?

They are part of this layout and stand at the two ends of the floor. You supply the artwork for them along with the wall graphics.

Can I put a screen on the wall?

Usually yes, since the back wall is a printed panel system. Tell us the screen size you plan to use so we can confirm the mounting and power for your show.
