Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with coffee bar counter and printed wall
About this design

Why choose PX-422

This booth feels like a pop-up cafe. A printed wall fades from hot pink into soft violet with a bold curved swoosh, and a black bar counter on the left, lit by its own sign, pulls visitors straight in. Red bar stools echo the carpet, a high round table waits in the middle, and a TV on a rolling stand stands at the right between two leafy plants. It is made for tastings, samples and relaxed chats.

How the space works

The gradient wall pulls people in from the aisle, and the lit bar sign on the left shows where the action is. Staff work behind the black bar counter with visitors sitting on the red stools along its front. A high round table with three more stools sits in the center for small groups. At the right, the TV on its rolling stand runs a video loop, and the two big plants soften the booth edges and frame the screen.

Best for

  • Coffee, tea, snack and beverage brands that pour or sample at a bar
  • Hospitality and food-service suppliers who want a cafe atmosphere
  • Consumer brands that want a bright, colorful wall in a hall of white booths
  • Exhibitors who prefer a flexible, open floor over fixed built-ins

What stands out

  • Gradient printed wall with a curved swoosh: a single warm-to-cool sweep of color that photographs well and needs no added decoration
  • Black bar counter about eight feet long with a lit sign: a real service edge for pouring or sampling, with a glowing mark above it
  • Red stools on red carpet: one strong accent color tying seating and floor to the wall

Make it yours

  • Change the carpet and stool color to match your brand while keeping the gradient wall neutral
  • Add a sampling tray, grinder or small display on the bar counter top
  • Move the TV beside the bar and add a second high table for a busier tasting layout

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-422 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-422

Can I serve food or drinks at the bar?

Often yes, but food and beverage rules differ by show and venue. Check with show management for any sampling permit, and tell us if you need a water or power source.

Is the TV bolted to the wall?

No, it stands on a rolling floor stand, so it can move to suit your traffic flow. It also means no wall mounting is needed.
