Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with counter display wall and floor-stand tv
About this design

Why choose PX-423

Three white counters line the front of this booth like a boutique display, which makes it a good fit for exhibitors who want to show product up close before talking. The two outer counters have glass tops for samples, and the center one is a plain service point. Behind them, blue lounge chairs and round tables sit in front of a white printed wall packed with product detail, and a TV on a floor stand stands guard at the right.

How the space works

Visitors reach the counters first. The two glass-topped counters hold samples where people can look down at them without stepping inside, and the center counter is where staff greet and take contact details. Beyond the counters, three round tables with blue chairs form a quiet meeting zone against the white wall. At the right end, the floor-stand TV plays a demo clip. A narrow printed return on the left closes the corner.

Best for

  • Manufacturers with small parts, instruments or components that are best seen up close
  • Exhibitors who want a clear front-of-booth display zone and seating behind it
  • Technical sellers whose wall carries product photos and specifications
  • Teams that need two display points and one service point staffed at the same time

What stands out

  • Three white counters in a row across the front: builds a continuous display and greeting line that cannot be missed
  • Glass-topped counter surfaces: samples stay visible and protected while visitors lean in
  • Blue lounge chairs against white: a quiet pop of color that keeps the seating area bright and easy to read

Make it yours

  • Recolor the chair upholstery to match your brand blue
  • Replace the printed wall with a darker design if you want the white counters to stand out more
  • Use the center counter for a lead-capture tablet and keep the outer two for samples only

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-423 is 1,350 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-423

Can the glass counters be locked?

They are built as display counters with glass tops. Locks vary by unit, so ask us at booking if you need them for valuable samples.

Do the counters block the view into the booth?

They run low across the front, so visitors can see over them to the seating and wall. Staff can step out between the counters to welcome people.
