Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with dark printed wall and lit display cases
About this design

Why choose PX-427

Dark and moody, this booth treats your products like exhibits in a gallery. A long charcoal graphic wall with a wall-mounted TV gives a black-box backdrop, and two glass-topped display cases with a glowing LED edge at the base hold the pieces that deserve a close look. A high bistro table with two stools in the back corner offers a spot to talk without crowding the cases. It suits small, collectible, valuable items.

How the space works

Visitors come upon the two lit display cases first, set at the front corners of the floor, where the base glow draws a crowd. They lean over the glass for a close look at the objects. Further in, the printed wall and TV tell the wider story, and the high bistro table in the back corner is where staff sit down with serious buyers. The low black side wall on the left defines the edge of the booth without closing it.

Best for

  • Collectors, dealers, auction houses and hobby brands with items that need protected display
  • Jewelry, watches, memorabilia and other small high-value products
  • Exhibitors who want a premium dark look rather than a bright sales-floor look
  • Teams that offer appraisals, grading or one-to-one conversations

What stands out

  • Two glass-top display cases on black bases: protect and light the items, with an LED glow along the floor line that shows them off
  • Long dark graphic wall: turns small items into the brightest thing in the space
  • Six arm spotlights across the top: aimed so the cases and wall graphics stay well lit against a dark backdrop

Make it yours

  • Put a looping product video on the wall TV or switch it for a second printed panel
  • Add a third case or a small pedestal for a single hero piece
  • Replace the bistro table with a seated desk if you do formal appraisals

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-427 is 950 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
