Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with display counter and six product pedestals
About this design

Why choose PX-429

Product pedestals do the heavy lifting here. Six white pedestals, grouped in two sets of three, flank a glass-topped display counter, giving a company with many small products a way to present each one at its own height. A wide white graphic wall with product photos sits behind them, and a built-in door on the right of the wall hints at a small storage closet. A round table with four chairs sits in the center.

How the space works

The two groups of pedestals mark the edges of the booth and invite visitors to stop and look. Between them, the glass-topped counter acts as the main display and handover point, and staff can talk across it. A little further back, the round table with four chairs is where quotes and orders are discussed. The closet door in the back wall on the right lets staff store coats and boxes out of sight, and the right return wall carries a story graphic.

Best for

  • Makers of many small items, such as parts, gadgets or packaging, that need separate display spots
  • Exhibitors who want a lockable room for stock and personal items
  • Brands that mix product display with a seated sales table
  • Teams that prefer an all-white look that makes product color stand out

What stands out

  • Six pedestals in two groups: different heights make a landscape of products rather than a single row
  • Closet with a door built into the back wall: keeps stock and personal items out of the visitor area
  • Acrylic-topped counter: samples are protected but still easy to see from above

Make it yours

  • Put a different product on each pedestal and add a small label for each
  • Replace the round table with a pair of stools if your focus is quick demos
  • Add a lit shelf on the wall opposite the closet for a hero product

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-429 is 1,550 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.

Questions

About PX-429

Does the closet door lock?

The closet is built with a door, and a lock can normally be arranged. Tell us what you plan to store so we can plan for security.

How big is the closet?

It is a small storage space behind the door in the back wall, enough for boxes, bags and a few spare items. It is not a meeting room, so confirm your storage needs with us at booking.
