Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with floating shelf wall and counter
About this design

Why choose PX-431

Fifteen floating shelves in three tidy rows turn the back wall of this white booth into a display case for products, and a low white cabinet below hides the spare stock. That is the whole idea, and it is a good one for exhibitors with many small packs or samples to show. A counter with a dark top and your logo stands at the right, a roll-up banner marks the left, and two black-topped bar tables with white stools sit in front.

How the space works

The shelf wall catches attention from the aisle, with each shelf holding a row of your products. Visitors approach and pick out what they like, and staff restock from the low white cabinet below, which sits right under the shelves. The logo counter on the right is the greeting and check-in point. Two bar tables with three stools each stand in the middle for talks, and the roll-up banner at the left carries a headline or promotion.

Best for

  • Packaged food, cosmetics and household brands with many items in one range
  • Exhibitors who want to present each product at the same height, like a shop shelf
  • Sellers who hand out samples and need a cabinet for restocking
  • Teams that want a bright, neutral booth that lets product color stand out

What stands out

  • Fifteen floating shelves in three rows: a full range on show at once, with a shop-shelf rhythm
  • Low white cabinet with doors below the shelves: restock and storage within reach, out of sight
  • Printed back wall with an angled left end: gives the booth a subtle shape rather than a flat line

Make it yours

  • Change the printed wall to a solid brand color so products pop against it
  • Remove some shelves to make room for a TV in the middle of the wall
  • Use a taller counter graphic or a lit logo if the booth sits in a busy aisle

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-431 is 900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
