Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with glass-door meeting room and shelves
About this design

Why choose PX-441

Seven feet square and walled in glass, the side room at the right end of this booth gives you something unusual: a small, closed showroom with cube shelves inside, entered by a door. Out front, a clean white printed wall carries a TV, two wood-frame shelf units hold products, and a counter with graphics anchors the floor. A stepped bench makes a low display, and a bar table with three padded stools covers the quick chats.

How the space works

Visitors reach the counter first, which sits in front of the white wall and TV. Behind it, two open wood-frame shelf units on the wall hold your products at every height, and the stepped bench in front acts as a low display. The bar table with three stools stands in the middle for standing chats. At the right, the glass-front room with its door and cube shelves lets staff step away to store stock or hold a quiet conversation.

Best for

  • Companies that want a small private room for product storage or one-to-one meetings
  • Exhibitors with a mix of tall products on shelves and small items on a stepped bench
  • Teams that need a closed room for demos but want the rest of the booth open
  • Brands that like a warm mix of white walls and wood-frame shelves

What stands out

  • Glass-front end room about seven by seven feet with cube shelves: a lockable-feeling space for stock, samples or quiet talks
  • Two wood-frame shelf units with five shelves each: open, tall displays that add warmth against the white wall
  • Stepped bench display: tiered height for small products in front of the counter

Make it yours

  • Use the room as a mini demo suite with a screen and a stool
  • Fill the cube shelves with samples and keep the larger shelf units for hero items
  • Add color to the stepped bench with a printed top or a lit edge

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-441 is 1,600 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
