Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with header frame and large tv wall
About this design

Why choose PX-448

A very large TV, a lounge armchair and a grid of product tiles make this booth read like a showroom. A framed header with downlights sits over a printed wall with six glass shelves, the large wall TV sits on the left, and a lit logo sign shows on the side panel. A comfortable armchair in the center invites visitors to sit. A logo counter and a tall planter close the right end, and a round table with three chairs gives a place to talk.

How the space works

The large TV at the left is the first thing visitors see, followed by the printed grid of product tiles on the wall. The armchair in the middle, with a small glass side table, gives a single guest a quiet seat. The round white table with three chairs sits further left for a normal meeting, and an acrylic brochure stand holds printed material. The logo counter at the right end is the greeting point, framed by a planter with decorative grass.

Best for

  • Food and consumer brands that want to show a product range in tiles and on shelves
  • Exhibitors who want a large screen to carry video and a lounge chair for comfort
  • Teams who want a showroom feel with many small touchpoints
  • Companies with a big range, such as many shapes or varieties, to display in a grid

What stands out

  • Wall TV of about seventy-five inches: a screen big enough to hold a crowd's attention across the aisle
  • Six glass wall shelves in front of a tiled product grid: show packs against a catalog-style backdrop
  • Framed header with downlights: a defined top edge that keeps the lighting even across the printed wall

Make it yours

  • Replace the product tiles with your own range, one tile per product
  • Swap the armchair for two stools if you want fewer sitters and more passers-by
  • Use the glass shelves for new launches and keep the tiles for the core range

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-448 is 1,550 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
