Design render of a 10×20 inline trade show booth: inline booth with large fabric wall and six display pedestals
About this design

Why choose PX-450

Six white pedestals topped with clear acrylic covers run across the front of this booth like a row of small museum exhibits. Behind them, a twenty-foot tension-fabric wall in soft gray carries product photos and a message, and a white-topped logo counter stands on the right. A round black bar table with three stools takes the quiet corner. If your products are small, precious or easily handled, this is a tidy way to protect them and still let people look.

How the space works

Visitors step up to the row of pedestals first, where each acrylic cover protects one product at about chest height. Staff stand at the logo counter on the right and answer questions as people look. The tension-fabric wall behind the pedestals shows photos and a headline, and a bar table with three white stools sits against the wall for short talks. Three arm lights along the top of the wall make the fabric and the covers sparkle.

Best for

  • Makers of small objects, such as cosmetics, accessories, electronics parts or sample materials
  • Exhibitors who want protected display but not a full glass case wall
  • Teams who stage product launches or showcases of single pieces
  • Companies that like fabric graphics, which hang smooth and wrinkle-free

What stands out

  • Six pedestals with acrylic covers: a row of individually protected products at a comfortable height
  • Tension-fabric back wall twenty feet wide: smooth, wrinkle-free graphics that photograph well and show color accurately
  • Dark gray carpet: makes the white pedestals and the pale wall stand out

Make it yours

  • Dress each pedestal with a small label or a card in your brand color
  • Swap the black bar table for a taller demo counter if you present live
  • Print the wall with a single hero image instead of a grid of photos

How this estimate works

Material handling (drayage) is what the show's contractor charges to move your freight from the dock or warehouse to your booth and back. It's billed per 100 lb, with a 200 lb minimum. Our weight estimate for PX-450 is 900 lb, based on its size and contents.

Electrical is ordered per outlet from the hall; the range uses typical advance-order rates for the outlets this booth's screens and lights need. Booth space is what you pay the show organizer for the floor, usually per square foot. These are rough guides: your proposal lists the real rates from your show's exhibitor kit, and union cities run higher.
